The hotel is okay. nothing fantastic. quite basic, old and ordinary. The staff are polite, the rooms are small, no scenery. not near any interesting sites.

The hotel is located at the intersection of Jingqi Road and Jingshi Road. The location is very good. The facilities in the hotel are quite good, and the rooms are well decorated and spacious! There is fruit to eat every day! There is no charge for parking at the hotel. You need to scan the code at the front desk before leaving! There are many places to eat around, next to Harmony Square! There is also Jinan’s fast food downstairs, which is super fun!

入住了兩晚，下午1點到的酒店，前台服務熱情，禮貌，客房每日會為客人提供蘋果。
酒店和房間，乾淨整潔，明亮，寬敞，安靜 。
地理位置不錯，從酒店出發打車十幾分鍾就到趵突泉等景區，在一條直網上。周邊有個吃飯逛街的和諧廣場和大超市，走路6分鐘到，樓下就是公交站，很是方便。

出門旅行最重要的就是心情，一般住的酒店差不太多，我很少評價！但貴酒店真讓人無語。。。首先入住諮詢前台服務人員事情，你們真是連眼皮都不抬一下。但是最無語的是，入住時我們就交了早餐費。但離店扣房費的時候又扣了一回早餐費，第一次打電話問你們的時候，説不知道，説是攜程的問題，讓我自己找攜程，我車都開到高速口了，又反回來的。折騰1個小時，我一再逼問下終於承認是酒店操作問題造成的重複扣款了。讓我回去等攜程退款。你們多扣了錢，憑什麼讓消費者等？！又再我一再逼問下，這才及時退給我。酒店自己的責任，錯誤，讓顧客替你們買單。説好聽了是重複扣款了，説難聽了，你們這叫欺詐。這招兒如果不是心細的人，很有可能就這麼被扣了。再如果換成老年人，比較健忘，估計還被蒙在鼓裡。提醒入住過該酒店的客人，趕快查一下你們的繳費記錄吧！千萬別被套路了！
