The front desk service is very thoughtful; the room was cleaned very clean by two aunties. The receptionist took the initiative to help with the luggage and shared the maximization of the stay and play. We contacted the hourly manager to book a room. Because we were alone with two children and had important things to do during the day, the time was tight. The manager was very considerate and attentive to help us arrange meals and accommodation for us. Many reviews have mentioned the state-owned nature of the hotel, but when I entered the lobby, I was still stunned for a moment, as if I was going to the Party School for training. The service attitude of the hotel staff is particularly good. The girls and boys at the front desk are always smiling and have a strong sense of proactive service. I tentatively asked if I could delay check-out until 2 o'clock, and the front desk readily agreed. The hotel environment is also as many reviews say, it is very good, and you can spend half a day with your children. I also particularly like the room with a courtyard that I booked. The details of the new Chinese style decoration are very good and it is very quiet. I still recommend it. The only flaw was the free pet experience coupons. There were no carrots when I went there in the afternoon. I asked several times and the service staff helped to urge them, and they finally came. However, there were only three or four thin strips of carrots in the carrot cups given to each child. In general, if you come to Jinan, I recommend this hotel. It has high cost performance, and the environment and facilities are all pleasant surprises. By the way, the breakfast is quite rich.
