The hotel is located together with a KTV and a foot bath. The access control system is not strict. Some people issue small cards. There are many people coming and going. The environment is a bit noisy. In addition, the rooms are generally hygienic.

Poor service attitude at the check-in front desk! ! ! I don’t know why you bothered to check in. When you turn off the main control light while sleeping, there is still light, especially when the sound insulation effect outside the corridor is extremely poor. 整體設施較為完善。我們到的時間是下午，告知我們要住的616房間還沒收拾出來，在大堂等待了10多分鐘，前台經理一個帥氣的小夥子給我們端來了茶水，整個過程非常温馨。房型很合我意，布草也舒適，龍頭出水量大，還有健身房、洗衣間等。下午晚些時候送來了歡迎水果。樓下有新海餐廳和一圈SPA放鬆的地方。生活很方便。
不足：616是親子間。洗手間台盆、鏡子是直接面向床的，“開軒麪場圃”的直接。關鍵是，中間沒有推拉門或隔斷，而這個房間的洗手間反味厲害，嚴重影響到睡眠質量。而且，洗手間的智能馬桶存在問題，使用後馬桶蓋自動關上會延遲1分鐘左右，聲音特別大，晚上如廁後嚇了我們一跳。前台的兩個姑娘感覺不如小夥子熱情，服務很程式化。
地下車庫有酒店專屬的車位，但進入地庫後路線導引不太清晰，我們是跟着旁邊麗楓酒店的指示牌，估摸着大約位置才找到莫蘭迪酒店專屬停車位的。
