酒店環境、設施、服務、管理都超讚！ 一進大廳就有小姐姐幫忙拎行李送到房間，問路小哥哥後主動告知哪裡有煙花秀，早餐時蓉蓉主管引路，離開酒店雪芹的小姐姐送了捏捏樂小禮品，孩子玩了一路。 房間很大很寬敞很乾凈很安靜，窗簾是自動的，有陽台，弔籃椅小朋友很喜歡，洗手間乾濕分離有浴缸。 總之，住了一天，卡皮巴拉餵了，小鹿摸了，遊船坐了，小火車也做了，煙花也看了。 可惜訂的晚，沒訂到湖景房，也不是週末，好多項目沒玩到，建議大家提早訂房。

酒店比去年來又進步了，親子活動增加了不少，有各類活動、人偶表演和一些簡易的手工課，卡皮巴拉樂園也是新上的，親子屬性很強，酒店的服務人員態度很好，可以説是濟南周邊區域帶娃的首選酒店了。
