每次出行都會首選全季酒店，房間，周邊環境都很好，人員服務也好，但是這家全季酒店的前台是沒經過崗前培訓還是酒店程序不會用？連最基本的服務態度和房間查詢都不會嘛 當天因有事情，於早晨七點左右離開酒店，十一點左右返回酒店，因個人原因，需要續住兩小時，在11:30分左右完成續住並繳納費用，返回房間後，因是臨時續住，並且當天是退房時間，房間沒有收拾，必需品也未補充，後續溝通後，酒店也提供了相關必需品，這一點還是很好的 但是酒店在12:30左右，電話聯繫，通知我我已經超過了退房時間，要求我立即收拾離開，大家都有出錯的時候，這個也可以理解，解釋清楚就好了，但是在我明確告知前台我已經辦理續住並繳納過續住費用後，對方直接扣掉了我的電話，最基本的禮貌都沒有 本來也不是什麼大事，但是明明前台弄錯了，在我解釋後，一句不好意思或是打擾了就解決的事情，直接扣掉電話是什麼意思，這是什麼服務態度？ 這次續住期間，還好不是非常重要的事情，必須保證安靜的環境，要是重要事情被打斷，就這酒店的態度，真是令人擔憂 麻煩下次打電話讓退房的時候，先看看程序有沒有續住吧，發現錯了之後，説句打擾了，比直接扣掉電話讓人覺得還有點禮貌
