The whole Jinan West area is a bit of a ghost town in the current economic situation, not many people and no soul, empty buildings, it's just a transport hub. Great hotel if you need to stay a few minutes walk from the train station. It's 16km.to downtown if you might actually want to see the city.

This is the stopover between Hangzhou and Beijing. I compared this place and it should be the one with less traffic in Jinan. The room is clean and sanitary, with real dry and wet separation. The 1.35 twin room we booked is quite comfortable. There is a sealed platform outside the window. There is a free parking lot when we drove there, but it is not very close to the attractions. Everything else is ok. You need to walk more for meals. We ordered takeout because we drove all day, and it was delivered by a small robot. The children found it very fresh. Overall it's ok 😄
