The hotel is surrounded by complete supporting facilities, making travel easy and convenient. The hotel lobby receptionist Youmei Xiaolong was very considerate and helped to send out nearby guides, recommended dining times and precautions, and helped to request breakfast. The room is quiet, well-equipped and very comfortable.

The hotel doesn't even have a doorman and you have to climb stairs with your suitcases! The front desk service is poor, not even a greeting. Only when the manager is there will you be greeted. I usually never even raise my eyelids to look at you. Ask for a sewing kit to get you a cotton swab. The welcome fruit was all mushy. I wanted to iron my clothes but there was no ironing machine. I finally found a laundry room but there was no plug!

The location is good, near the old campus of China National Ceramics University, very close to Taoxichuan and the Sculpture Factory. The building's exterior and lobby are both grand, parking is convenient, the service is good, and the breakfast is rich. However, the room is surprisingly small, which is out of tune with the beautiful hotel's exterior, and there is no sound insulation.

This time staying in the hotel was really a very pleasant experience! From booking to check-out, every step made people feel the hotel's attentiveness and professionalism, and I was particularly satisfied with the service provided by Su Xiaoya at the front desk!

We booked a family twin room, but according to the hotel waiter, there was only one room of this type on each floor, so the two families had to stay on different floors, which was not very convenient. The air conditioner in the room was very noisy and could not be adjusted, making it impossible to sleep. The head of the bed is facing the air-conditioning outlet. After a night, I feel dry and my face is extremely dry. The layout of the plugs is also very inhumane. There is no power socket in the bathroom where you can blow dry your hair in front of the mirror. For the same room type, one room comes with a free children's toiletries bag, while the other does not. The service level needs to be improved and I will not choose to stay here again.

The front desk service is really terrible. They actively asked for good reviews and said that they would upgrade my room because I was a Ctrip guest. The upgraded room was even worse than the original one. As soon as I turned around, they started muttering about the guest's this and that. Forget about all that, the hardware facilities are not good either. It's more than five minutes away from Tao Xichuan, and the robot food delivery can't be delivered. When I asked the front desk, they said they didn't know. The most important thing is that such a big hotel doesn’t even have a porter?

The shower drain was clogged and there was no hot water. The front desk service was poor. I remember there was a manager named Wang who was also very indifferent.

Suitable for business trips, not suitable for family travel
