I checked out at eight in the morning, I didn't notice it when I left, but the hotel called me at noon to ask for the bed sheet cleaning fee. I don't know if I understood it correctly. If it was serious, intentional, and it couldn't be washed off normally, I would be willing to pay, but it wasn't obvious and it was easy to wash off normally, so why should I pay? Don't you let the next guest continue to use your bed sheets if they are not dirty at first glance? I told you the next morning to clean the room, but you didn't change my bed sheets, but just replenished the toiletries. I doubt whether you will do the same to the next guest. If it's not obviously dirty, you won't change it. If it's obviously dirty, you ask the guest to charge the cleaning fee. I stayed for another day, and you didn't change the quilt cover and bed sheets. Shouldn't you refund me the relevant fees? Does my room fee include the cleaning fee for the next day?

I clearly booked 2 executive rooms on Ctrip, and the system showed that they were arranged on the 3rd to 6th floors...
