"I stayed in Jinghe when I visited Sayram Lake. Before heading out, I grabbed some milk-flavored dates from the front desk, and they ended up being my lifeline for the entire day! (They saved my life!) The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and hygienic. There's also a small convenience store downstairs, and we bought all our souvenirs for this Xinjiang trip there. The prices were quite reasonable, and many of the local specialties were really fresh. The lady there was so kind. I was feeling a bit under the weather at the time, and she even offered me some warm herbal tea. I'd love to come back in the summer to experience more of the local geography. 💕"

They came knocking at 12:40 AM, and I was already exhausted from my trip; did they expect me to wait indefinitely? Secondly, the room was awful. There was long hair hanging on the hairdryer net in the bathroom, and trash under the sink! The tissue box on the bedside table only had one sheet of tissue—unbelievable! Finally, we booked two rooms; one had a fruit platter, and the other didn't! For a chain hotel, this is truly an eye-opener."

"In April, our family drove to Sayram Lake and chose this hotel as our stopover. Staying during the off-season, we felt it was excellent value for money. The facilities were quite good, and the room was comfortable; it didn't disappoint at all. The most thoughtful touch was that, since we were driving and needed to wash our clothes, the hotel had eight washing machines, more than enough for all guests – a huge plus. However, there were a few minor inconveniences: there were no restaurants nearby, requiring us to drive about a kilometer to find food, and the breakfast was rather ordinary. If these two points could be improved, it would be perfect."

They were especially dog-friendly. My dog was a little feverish, so I asked them to cook some boiled pork and vegetables for him. The chef readily agreed and prepared a large lunchbox, which my dog ate completely. When I offered to pay, the owner refused. I was very grateful. It wasn't just the excellent accommodation that impressed me, but also the owner's kindness. I sincerely wish the owner great success and hope more people will experience their business."

The hotel as a whole is OK, the health is in place, and the location is convenient. There is no special surprise, but there is no pit to meet the needs of travel accommodation, and there are plenty of self-driving spaces."

The breakfast is not to our liking - there is no coffee & nothing for a foreign tourist namely ham, cheese & bread. Perhaps hotrl should only loxal type breakfast provided. The beds in our room have no bed sheets. Just a mattress cover & comforter.. The toilet seat is sited too close yo the bath wall, making seating on toilet seat uncomfortable as our right leg can't get in between the wall & and the side of the toilet stand"

The hotel environment, room environment, and restaurant food are all very good; it feels like the best hotel in the area! The staff are also very polite. There's a large grape-picking farm nearby, and the prices are reasonable. After dinner, we took a walk to digest and even went to the free desert observation deck—it was so relaxing to watch the sunset!"
