Excellent
The front desk and hotel staff provided excellent service. They even thoughtfully provided toothbrushes and slippers for children. Breakfast wasn't included in the initial booking, but the front desk provided breakfast vouchers upon arrival. The room was clean, the bed was large, and the children loved it. Parking was convenient. Overall, the hotel offered great value for money, was comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. Located in Jinghe, the hotel is very close to Sayram Lake, making travel very convenient.

Excellent. The room facilities were great. A very satisfying stay. The staff provided excellent service. It was a pity I didn't have time for breakfast because I checked in too late; the owner deserves a bonus!

Outstanding
We came out of Sailimu Lake quite late, and had a minor accident on the way to Jinghe County. The owner was very nice and waited for us until 1:30 in the morning. The B&B is very close to the highway exit and convenient for travel. The breakfast was made by the owner himself, which was delicious, green and healthy. It was a satisfactory stay. I recommend everyone to experience it.

I was happy with a English speaking reception. Very friendly service. Breakfast was also good; everything for a very reasonable price. Better than what I got in much larger cities in north Xinjiang.

It's a big B&B. It feels good. The room is quite big and the hygiene is OK. There is no food nearby, so I can only order food at the hotel. It's a bit expensive and the taste is average. The room design is a bit strange. The toilet is placed in the shower. In the room, the air conditioner is behind the curtain haha, the washing machine is a bit small, but everything else is okay

We had such a fantastic time. The people are so kind you. You are treated like family. We asked if we could pay to have them drive us to sayram lake and they arranged it for us. The food is wonderful and people are so kind. We are from America and they said we are the first Americans to stay there. I highly recommend this place because the people are so nice. It is not a fancy hotel. It is better though because of the people. They took good care of our needs and where always there for us. 我们度过了一段美好的时光。这里的人都太友善了，就像家人一样。我们问他们是否可以付费开车送我们去赛里木湖，他们帮我们安排好了。这里的食物很棒，人们也非常友善。我们来自美国，他们说我们是第一个住在这里的人。我强烈推荐这家酒店，因为这里的人都非常好。虽然它不是一家豪华酒店，但正因为这里的人们，它才变得更好。他们非常照顾我们的需求，总是在我们身边。

Amenities: The facilities were quite well-appointed, with all the essentials readily available. Cleanliness: The room was spotless, and both the bedding and towels were very comfortable. Ambiance: The environment was very quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday and truly unwinding. Service: The service was excellent. I needed water quite late at night, and they kindly delivered it to my room. Thumbs up! 👍

The front desk service was very good, and we checked in quickly. The surrounding environment is good and close to the ecological park. The lights on the street are beautiful at night, and there are many snacks and meals around.
