酒店位置比較好找，就在景洪市區的商業街上。但是酒店設施已經陳舊，燈光也比較暗，住宿費條件一般，體驗感不太好。

進房間有一股煙油味。
由於臨近路邊，晚上隔音不是很好，有經驗的可以聽到過去的車輛是什麼型號，已經幾缸車。
洗手池旁邊有一個管道檢修口，沒有蓋子，感覺會有各種東西爬出來，至於出來什麼，需要自行腦補。
唯一不錯的是在路邊駕車比較方便。過節期間有房就不錯了。不介意環境衞生的可以考慮。

一直以來，旅遊有三個人，就會住在套房，偶爾會住標間，從來！從來！沒有遇到過哪個酒店説標間不能住三個人的。今年酒店瘋漲，花幾千塊這兒住三晚，結果櫃枱處老闆一整個黑臉説三個人不能住標間，態度一言難盡，真的覺得太差勁了！這種態度，如果各位來旅遊的時候並非像春節期間人這麼多無可奈何而住的，就真的不建議住這家了，同等價位換一家吧，又在馬路旁邊及其喧囂，體驗感太差。房屋設施陳舊老土，衞生的話兒，大家姑且看看地毯吧。前台小妹妹態度還行……

房間不大乾乾淨淨的，不隔音。240性價比很高了。離曼鬥村很近，曼鬥有老咪濤和小玉傣味燒烤、網紅北欖坡瀾媚餐廳也不算遠。
