My room was neat and clean, and the restaurant food was good. The hotel manager and employees were very friendly and helpful and even organized activities for guests, like karaoke in the evening and a walking tour to a temple. The hot spring pool on the rooftop wasn't crowded, and the view from up there was very relaxing. The hot spring pool was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it felt more like a family than a hotel, and I'll definitely go back there again. They were so warm and friendly with me, which I especially appreciated since I was a solo traveler and had never been to that city before.

我對這家酒店的整體條件沒有太大意見，房間也沒有明顯問題，除了枕頭上有很多小飛蟲。關於住宿期間的服務體驗，我曾向老闆詢問是否可以再提供兩瓶水。最初，我打電話聯繫酒店，説明房間內沒有瓶裝水，而訂單上寫明提供，於是我問是否可以提供四瓶水，老闆當時答應了。然而，送來的衹有兩瓶水。當我詢問為什麼不是四瓶時，對方開始含糊其詞地解釋：一般都是喝完之後再向前台要。我回應道：我剛剛也是向前台要的。結果他又改口説：一般衹提供兩瓶水，額外的需要收費。於是我繼續詢問額外收費的標準，他又支支吾吾地説：這次再給你兩瓶，但給個好評。這讓我覺得非常不舒服——要額外提供兩瓶水竟然還要談條件？於是我表示：那暫時先不要了，我沒有打算給好評。這時，他又改口説：不給好評這次也給你提供。其實，酒店若明確規定衹提供兩瓶水，額外需要收費，我並不覺得有什麼問題。但讓我不滿的是，這種前後不一、態度搖擺不定的做法，好像生怕吃虧，總是要在小事上算計一番，甚至試圖用額外提供的兩瓶水換取好評。這種方式讓我體驗感大打折扣。作為消費者，我並不喜歡這種防備心重、斤斤計較的態度，也不喜歡店家的氣質和風格，缺乏風度，不夠大氣。因此，我決定不再繼續入住，整體體驗不愉快，感覺自己並未真正受到歡迎，反而像是被趕客一樣。以上就是我對這家酒店的真實感受和不滿之處。

1.房屋漏水。也不提前告知。把我的行李和衣服淋濕了，包都上黴了。
2.安全隱患。客棧離河流近。衹要大雨就可能會漲水，很危險。一樓泡了洪水了，大半夜嚇醒了，根本不敢睡。從窗子就能看到河，距離非常近。不到十米。
3.蚊蟲多。雖然噴了登革熱的葯，但是煙很大。房間床上壁虎蚊子等非常常見，可怕的是還有很多不知名的小飛蟲，希望不是隱翅蟲。三樓有個蟑螂窩。小孩胳膊被咬的全是包留疤了。
4.伙食差。素菜為主，每頓都有胡蘿蔔和土豆，不是黃瓜就是青菜。早餐的玉米不是黑的，就是好多蟲眼。
5.噪音大。離機場近，從窗子就能看到飛機起飛，有時候半夜還有，起飛的噪音特別大。客棧一直在裝修，很吵，不是在鑽，就是在切割木板，合成板的裏面甲醛不知道多大。
6.地滑。整棟樓地面全是瓷磚，拖了地以後非常滑。上下樓出門必須經過一樓大廳，吃完晚飯就會拖地然後關燈，進出的時候非常容易滑倒。本人膝蓋摔青了，小孩也摔哭好幾次。
7.三號樓5樓，非常臭。
餐具是塑料的，既不安全也不容易清洗。
8.停電次數非常多。很不方便。
9.沒有人情味。寫滿了貼了各種字條，滑倒概不負責，但是吃完飯就拖地，很滑。住過這麼多次酒店和民宿，第一次去到貼這麼多紙，到處寫滿了字，合同一定要仔細閲讀非常多的出了事概不負責。客棧是營利性場所，出了事概不負責不合理不合法。

這次出來旅行，有幸結識了小玉，真的是相見恨晚的感覺。酒店乾淨衞生，比起鬧市真的是舒適安靜，有陽台，外面就是樹林。
這個小鎮的温泉很出名，喜來登就建在這附近，入住客人可以免費在樓上泡温泉，美容且緩解疲勞。 客棧有飯，味道很好。

真沒有想到西雙版納還有温泉
這個是真温泉，酒店每天都換新
乾淨！附近就有一個嘎灑温泉泳池
本地人都來這邊泡。
早晨吃的也非常不錯
