The store service is very friendly. The storefront is not big, but the hotel is not small. The hotel has its own parking lot, which will be more convenient for friends who travel by car. Some rooms are equipped with a small refrigerator and smart toilet. There is a RT-Mart supermarket 200 meters away from the hotel, which is convenient for shopping. I also want to make a request. The front desk service was enthusiastic and the check-in was fast. Li Jingzhi at the front desk enthusiastically introduced me to the characteristics and delicious food of Jingzhou. The recommended fish cake was really delicious. The ancient city wall and museum are essential for visiting Jingzhou. Jingzhou is indeed a battleground for military strategists. The hotel has a superior geographical location and convenient transportation. The hotel is located next to the high-speed rail station. It is also very convenient to take a taxi from the hotel. There is also a restaurant on the second floor of the hotel with complete facilities. The hotel rooms are clean and hygienic. The sun shines into the room through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room, which is very warm. The room has a large bathtub and the room is also large. The experience is very good. I highly recommend it.

The entertainment around 9 o'clock in the evening stopped on time.
The only thing that made people feel uncomfortable was that the souvenirs included in the order package, and after checking out, the front desk receptionist did not take the initiative to say that I would give me souvenirs. At that time, I thought why not give it if it was included in my payment, and I would ask for it if it was not given. As a result, it turned out to be some snacks, candies, small biscuits, etc., which were not much money, but it really gave people a bad feeling, and you included it in the room price.

GGuest UserVery satisfied! The best hotel in Jingzhou, no doubt about it. I stayed here for a long time during the second Spring Festival. The service attitude is very good! Especially the cleaning lady, she is great! The room was upgraded for free, and the five tigers that my baby likes were given as a gift. The swimming pool is the biggest highlight! I will come again.
The breakfast variety can be richer. Compared with other Wyndham hotel breakfasts, it has a little less variety, but it is generally acceptable.

The breakfast is really not good, maybe because there are too many people on holidays. There were no seats on the first day. I went there a little after 8 o'clock, and almost all seats were taken. They were not replenished in time... I went there at 9 o'clock the next day, and it ended at 9:30, but there were still guests eating when I went there, and the staff cleaned up the tableware...
It's a bad experience. I can only say that I will avoid traveling on holidays in the future

GGuest UserThe hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The bedding quality is very good. But there were two problems:
1. The shower was constructed wrong so the water drains out into the main bathroom area, even when the shower door fully closed and towels used to try and redirect the water. So the bathroom floor always had a layer of water over most of it.
2. The breakfast might be ok for local tastes, but for a western person the coffee was bad, there was no juice of any kind, no toast or other bread, no bacon or sausage, only hard boiled eggs. We prefer having at least some western breakfast foods which would be easy to offer.
Also, the was the air conditioning was set up, parts of the room would become very cold and breezy while 3 meter away it would be uncomfortably hot. Again poor design.
Overall, I would only give the hotel 2 stars out of 5.

Central air conditioning, noisy. The front desk service is warm and responsive. Breakfast is generally the same, compared with the hotel's star rating. The transportation is very convenient. It is very convenient to go to Guandi Temple, Guan Yuxuan, Old South Gate, New South Gate, Museum, Kaiyuanguan, West Gate, Binyang Building, East Gate, Zhang Juzheng's former residence, walking or taking the bus!

Next door is Jingzhou Wanda Plaza, which is very close to food and entertainment. It is very convenient.
The hotel also upgraded the room type for free.

SShuipingzuodeguoguoI take my old mother or daughter out several times every year. This is the first time I chose Berman because reviews said it was very close to the ancient city scenic spot. The hotel is located on a back street, which is relatively quiet. The disadvantage is that it gets dark very early in the evening, and you can't even find a place for late-night snacks, so you can only order takeout. The hotel is about fifteen minutes' walk from Binyang Tower and Zhang Juzheng's former residence, about half an hour's walk from Wanda, and it takes more than a dozen bus stops to reach Beijing Road and Daidaxiang Food Street. I didn’t go to other scenic spots because of the elder’s health and time constraints.
Talk about feelings. On the first night of my stay, a male chef helped kill three huge mosquitoes hanging on the roof with an electric mosquito swatter. On the second day, I killed two by myself. There were also more mosquitoes in the corridor. Open the door. There is always a fear of taking advantage of a weak point. There is always some light-colored water next to the toilet in the bathroom. I don't know where the leak is. Since I only stayed for two nights, I didn't bother to take care of it. When I checked in, I specifically asked for a room facing the parking lot because reviews said rooms facing the street would be a bit noisy. As a result, I was woken up by trucks cleaning garbage in the parking lot at around 5 a.m. on both days. The breakfast is mediocre, with not many varieties, and the restaurant is not big. If you want to eat eggs, you have to ask the waiter for them, and they will get them from the kitchen.
In view of the above factors, the price of more than 390 feels a bit awkward. It may be that the price has increased during the Dragon Boat Festival, because I just saw on Dianping that it was only around 170 today. I don’t know if it is Ctrip or the hotel’s pricing problem. Overall, wouldn't go back again. Oh, the free pick-up service is OK, and the beautiful driver has a very nice attitude, which is the highlight.
