1、我定的三張床的複式樓，定的不要棋牌室的，但是去的時候衹剩棋牌室複式樓，美其名曰升級，實際我並不需要，並不想。2、水壓不能忍，水壓太小了，小到不能忍。
3、馬桶挺好的，智能，便捷，總是恆温，就是晚上有點吵一段時間不停沖沖沖，晚上需要拔插座。
4、酒店環境不錯，好看、走廊寬。服務態度好，我杯蓋掉那了幫我寄了回來感謝，所以給了五星好評。

有免費停車好評，酒店是後面重新裝修的，價格實惠值得一住，雖然在沙市但是離荊州古城並不遠，而且離長江也很近，位置很好

還可以 就是房間有點小 語音智能其實不算啥很稀奇 很多大城市或者新一線酒店都有。裝修風格和床單枕頭都還不錯 一秒出熱水的熱水壺倒是很不錯👍 早餐也蠻好 下次還會再來

酒店很大，房間裏的設施總體感覺很新，床睡着舒服，有智能管家，來吐槽幾個小缺點吧，高清的智能電視，既不能投屏也不能看各類應用，衹能看電視直播，就是那種興奮之後滿滿失望的感覺。廁所不是完全的乾濕分離，但是自己洗澡小心點也不會弄的一塌糊塗。
整個房間裏高低台階門檻太多了，在房間走路要千萬小心，房間裏缺少一個可以放東西吃東西的小圓桌。
