首先，前廳小姐姐和小哥哥服務態度特別好，開車送我們的大叔也很好，一開始讓我們的體驗感很棒，晚上小姐姐小哥哥還給我們送了水果，讓人感覺很温馨。但是到了晚上洗澡的時候發現，熱水不穩定，我瞭解了一下，我們兩個房間都一樣，熱水來5秒，停5秒，導致我們洗澡的時候水忽冷忽熱，體驗感非常差；所以我給你們的設施分打了4分；到了第二天早餐的時候，體驗感直線下降，首先是進早餐廳的時候，門口服務人員説我們房間沒有早餐，我給她看了我們手機訂單，上面顯示有2份早餐（而且辦理入住的時候前廳小姐姐還給我們説了早餐在6號樓），後來她打電話確認後證實我們房間有2份早餐，這個事情告一段落，新的事情又來了，我們一家四口，大的孩子身高剛好120cm，她問我孩子身高多少，我實事求是告訴她是120cm，她連測量一下都沒測量，就説要補半價，29元，雖然錢不多，但是讓人感覺不舒服，可能是她嚴格按照酒店要求行事，我也不做評價，至此，服務評分也就給了2分，但是下次有機會我還是會住他們家酒店，整體感覺還是不錯了，也極力推薦朋友們，住他們家體驗感不會差（我屬於運氣不好）😄
