The rooms were clean and hygienic, and the service was attentive, showcasing the professional standards of a five-star hotel. The three daily meals offered a rich variety of options and were great value for money. Although there were many diners, the food was replenished quickly. In the morning, I took the hotel shuttle to the International Trade City, and the hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere.

I came to Yiwu to visit the trade city and compared several hotels in the area. I'm so glad I chose Cai, because staying here felt like the absolute right decision. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to phases 2 and 3 of the trade city, making it easily walkable. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The lobby has an elegant ambiance, and every little detail is meticulously maintained, showing how dedicated the hotel management is. The front desk service was gentle, polite, and enthusiastically attentive – truly impeccable! The room was clean and bright with good lighting. The hotel's voice-controlled butler was very convenient. The space was just right, with a well-organized layout. The bathroom had a clean wet/dry separation, and the toiletries were complete and of decent quality. The breakfast buffet was rich and abundant, offering a full range of Chinese simple meals. The congee was warm and comforting for the stomach, and the pastries were soft and delicious, freshly made daily. The taste was truly outstanding! For the price, considering the overall service, environment, and facilities, it far surpassed competitors in the same price range. I didn't encounter any unpleasant issues during my stay; it was comfortable and hassle-free. I highly recommend it and will definitely rebook for future trips.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended Stay in Hengdian! I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hengdian. The location is excellent—just about a 10-minute walk to Qin Palace and Dream Valley. There are convenience stores nearby, plenty of restaurants, Hanfu rental studios, and Youyi Photo Studio, making it very convenient for travelers and photoshoot enthusiasts. What impressed me the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to approach. They even upgraded us to a family room, which made our stay even more comfortable. The amenities were complete, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day. The room was cleaned daily, water and toiletries were replenished, and towels were replaced regularly. The best part? The manager went above and beyond by helping me purchase Zhang Linghe’s Molison eyeglasses! ❤️😍 As a fan, I was so happy. I also received lots of Zhang Linghe freebies, which was such a thoughtful surprise. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service, convenience, and hospitality. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it! If you’re planning to stay in Hengdian, I highly recommend this hotel.

Wucheng Four Seasons Yijing Hotel (Yongsheng Shopping Plaza Branch) 9.1 The hotel package price was very affordable, so I saw a lot of senior tour groups. It's located near a residential area, and attractions like Guzicheng require a drive. There are many restaurants nearby. Pets stay free. However, Yongsheng Shopping Plaza is still about a 30-minute walk away. Location: Generally, it's near a residential area and a bit far from attractions (-0.7). Navigation was clear, and there's a convenient parking lot within the hotel grounds. Hygiene: The bedding was clean, and the floors were tidy. They also offer to clean the room after you've woken up, which is quite thoughtful. Service: The hotel front desk staff were very diligent. During check-in, they followed a standardized script and sent a detailed page of information via WeChat, including breakfast and Wi-Fi details. Their response time during my stay was also very fast. It would be even better if they could check reservation notes during check-in to provide the appropriate room type. However, the most annoying part of the service was receiving daily WeChat messages pressuring guests for 5-star reviews (-0.5). Facilities: They have smart home features and well-equipped energy-saving devices, as well as accessible facilities. However, the smart toilet only had an automatic flush function (-0.2). Also, there were no screens on the windows, so opening them for ventilation could let in mosquitoes and other insects (-0.3). Comfort: It has a budget hotel design. The room was a bit compact but generally clean. The soundproofing was a bit lacking (-0.2). Dining: Breakfast is provided, including a noodle station. They also offer a great late-night snack service. Bonus points: Late check-out available (+0.5). No room upgrade. Laundry room available (+0.5). Late-night snack service available (+0.5). Minus points: People occasionally smoked in the ground floor lobby and were not stopped (-0.5).

This stay exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, with no strange odors, and the bathroom had plenty of hot water. The front desk service was excellent, and check-in/check-out was very efficient. The surrounding area has convenient options for dining and transportation, and it's quiet, ensuring a good night's rest. The soundproofing was good, and the bed was just right – not too soft, not too hard – so I slept soundly. Overall, it offers great value for money and is suitable for both leisure and business travelers. Highly recommended.

Super fun! This was one of the theme hotels that were hidden on the Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street set. Appropriately, the Rosslyn Hotels' brand icon is the Landlady from Kungfu Hustle. Upon arrival, you check in at the North Gate's Tourist Services Desk. The concierge welcomed me with a complimentary bag of fresh fruit and asking me to add their butler (Housekeeper Xiao Xiao) to my WeChat. If I needed anything, I just had to text the Housekeeper Xiao Xiao (who was super helpful with all my questions (in English) during my stay). Then the bellhop whisked me away, via golf cart, to my hotel. There were several hidden hotels, with different themes, throughout the set. The bellhop took me through an unassuming door among into what looked like an empty set, and up an elevator to the room floors. The walkway offered a lovely view of the Ming Qing Palace set next door. The rooms were supposed to be themed as Guangzhou and Hong Kong in the 70s and 80s, but could easily pass for old Shanghai. The room was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable, the shower has nice and hot and with fantastic water pressure. The room has some of the largest closet space that I have seen in any hotel. The WiFi worked without the need to register a local cellphone number (I've found that many other hotels, in China, offered free WiFi, but you need to verify with an ID code text to you. The texts never come through to my U.S. phone number, so I have never been able to take advantage of free WiFi; that is until I got to this hotel.) The little details were delightful surprises around every corner. They always refer to guests as ”laoshi” (an honorific of teacher, or master, bestowed to actors) or as ”starlet”. Not gonna lie, I really wanted to take home the pair of the room's bone china cups. The stay also comes with very decent breakfast buffet that had both Chinese and western dishes. They will even make you fresh wontons and noodle soups to order. The restaurants in the park are not great and quite expensive by China's standard. I recommend loading up at the more tasty free breakfast to power through the day. The hotel's location was very convenient for touring Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street; which had very lively evening shows. (As you walk through the streets, look at the stores' signs and test your TV shows and movie knowledge by finding the Easter eggs.) The Qing Ming Palace Set is across the street from the Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street's South Gateon the other side of the park (don't worry, it's not that far). To access the other sets, you can take their shuttle, but it does not come around very often. It's more efficient to get a Didi. Overall, it was a magical stay of being in the movies.

Service: The little girl took us to see the house in person. The service was warm, thoughtful and sincere. Environment: The bed is very comfortable, it's quiet at night, and the hygiene is very good The overall experience is very good. I will stay at the hotel again next time and my family will be satisfied.

A Home Away From Home for Families I have stayed in three different hotels across various cities in China so far, but the staff service and hospitality at the Borrman Hotel Yiwu is truly next-level. They set a professional standard that is hard to match. I was traveling with my young child, and the entire team—from the front desk to housekeeping and management—went completely out of their way to make us feel welcome. Every single time we came downstairs, the staff would play with my kid and shower them with so much love, affection, and gifts like candies, chocolates, fruits, and toys (which we are happily carrying back with us to India!). A few special shout-outs to the incredible team members who made our stay unforgettable: Wendy & Quinn: They provided out-of-the-box support when we completely ran out of diapers late in the evening. Finding none nearby, they personally took it upon themselves to arrange and get them for us. That is true dedication to guest comfort. Sherry: Because the hotel is conveniently located near the busy market, Sherry thoughtfully upgraded our room to a much quieter area so my baby could sleep peacefully without any noise disruption. Hanling & Juan Juan: They helped us figure out multiple things during our stay and handled everything with grace. They took such amazing care of my child, playing with them every time we passed through the lobby. Ping Ping & the Housekeeping Team: Ping Ping and another wonderful lady in housekeeping (whose name I unfortunately missed) provided flawless, top-tier service every day. The location is absolutely perfect if you are visiting the market, but it is the genuine warmth and pro-level hospitality of the staff that makes this place a gem. I will absolutely, without a doubt, stay only at this property every single time I visit Yiwu. Thank you, Borrman Hotel team, for taking such incredible care of my family!

The hotel overall is pretty good. The lobby offers amenities like eye masks and mouthwash, which is a really thoughtful touch! Next time I'm in Yiwu, I'd definitely choose this place again!

The hotel I stayed at this time was quite satisfactory. Parking is convenient, there is a bus stop next to the hotel, it is especially easy to go out by car, whether it is to go to the attractions or the business district is very convenient. The room is OK, the space is not cramped, and the daily activities are completely enough. Toiletries are also quite complete, toothbrushes, combs and face towels are individually packaged, and you can rest assured. Cleaning will be cleaned on time, changing garbage bags and replenishing daily necessities are very timely, and the desktop floor is always clean. The front desk and floor attendants are very good. They patiently answer questions when checking in. They also take the initiative to help with luggage when checking out. They smile all the time and feel very kind. Next time I come here, I should choose this one again.
