The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk and room service were both warm and attentive, responding promptly to requests. The bedding was comfortable and soundproofing was good, so I slept very well at night. The overall atmosphere was cozy and it offered great value for money. I was extremely satisfied with this stay and will definitely come again.

The only downside was the lack of hooks in the bathroom, so I had to step out to get dressed after showering. Environment: The hotel has its own dedicated elevator, and the surrounding area offers convenient amenities. Service: All excellent, full marks. Couples Afternoon Tea: The afternoon tea was quite good and served right next to the hotel's front desk.

During the day, you're fully immersed in nature, creating an incredible atmosphere. The tent itself was clean, tidy, and odorless, with spacious and comfortable interiors. The air conditioning works great, and the private bathroom has plenty of hot water. The bedding is soft and luxurious, perfectly blending glamping romance with hotel comfort – no feeling of being rudimentary here at all. The butler service was thoughtful and attentive, responding promptly and meticulously to every need. The surrounding scenery is incredibly photogenic and super healing. It's the perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle, offering maximum relaxation and healing. An excellent choice for a getaway, I'll definitely be back!

The hotel is right next to a Marriott, and it's only a 7-8 minute walk to the Yiwu International Trade City District 1 East Extension. The staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and food deliveries could even be brought to the room by a robot. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again if I'm in the area.

The hotel boasts an excellent location in the heart of Yiwu, right next to Yiwu之心 (Yiwu Zhixin) and Intime Department Store. We originally came to Yiwu International Trade City with friends, and staying here was very convenient. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helped us with our bags and luggage, even escorting us to the elevator. The breakfast was also fantastic – very generous and delicious. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I'm back in Yiwu. Highly recommended!

Taking a chance, I immediately contacted the hotel staff and explained my special situation, requesting that all stored packages be located, packed, and forwarded to a new address. I expected such a non-standard, additional request would be complicated and likely rejected, but to my surprise, the staff member was incredibly thoughtful, promptly accepted the request, and proactively and patiently handled my unique needs throughout the entire process. After clarifying my request and recipient information, the staff member wasted no time and immediately went to the storage area on the hotel's B0 level. Following all the shipping information I provided, they meticulously searched for and verified each package one by one. Because there were many stored items, finding, verifying, and categorizing them required a lot of time and effort, but the staff member was thorough and organized throughout, not missing a single item, and successfully helped me gather all the stored packages. After locating all the packages, the staff member did not handle them carelessly but followed up on all subsequent procedures. They carefully helped me verify the number of packages, their appearance, and the integrity of the items. After confirming everything was correct, they meticulously organized and packed them, ensuring the multiple items were properly arranged to prevent bumps or loss during transit. Simultaneously, they proactively kept me updated on the progress at every step, making the entire process clear and transparent, allowing me, despite being far away, to be completely at ease and worry-free. From locating, verifying, organizing, and packing to arranging forwarding, the entire process was seamless, professional, and efficient, perfectly solving my problem of being unable to pick up items from a different location and needing urgent forwarding. The service attitude throughout was gentle, patient, and proactive. Faced with a guest's sudden and special request, there was no perfunctory response or shirking of responsibility; instead, their exceptional service details resolved all my concerns. The room was clean and hygienic. Housekeeper Xiao Yang was incredibly thoughtful; she called in advance to ask about my arrival time and sent me the hotel's location. She even turned on the air conditioning beforehand, so the room temperature was perfect and comfortable when I arrived. She clearly explained the itinerary for activities and important注意事项 (things to note). She also helped with my luggage, showed me around, and gave recommendations for good food and fun places, which was really considerate. Highly recommended!
