The room was very clean, and the city view room was also very quiet. The front desk staff were friendly during check-in, and the flowers were beautiful. There were also complimentary candies, fruit tea, and herbal tea at the front desk. The breakfast buffet was extensive, and the staff were great. They even had a selection of fruits and snacks. Overall, my stay was very comfortable. They also have a gym and laundry facilities, which is a nice touch. For parking, you just need to provide your license plate number to the front desk, and it's free. I would definitely choose OCHEN Hotel again for my next stay. It was excellent.

Five stars, highly recommend! The tent experience was absolutely divine 🌌. The environment is tranquil and stunning, backed by green mountains with expansive views. During the day, you're fully immersed in nature, creating an incredible atmosphere. The tent itself was clean, tidy, and odorless, with spacious and comfortable interiors. The air conditioning works great, and the private bathroom has plenty of hot water. The bedding is soft and luxurious, perfectly blending glamping romance with hotel comfort – no feeling of being rudimentary here at all. The butler service was thoughtful and attentive, responding promptly and meticulously to every need. The surrounding scenery is incredibly photogenic and super healing. It's the perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle, offering maximum relaxation and healing. An excellent choice for a getaway, I'll definitely be back!

I stayed here with my elderly parents and my children, and the whole family was extremely satisfied! The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the rooms are spacious and not at all cramped. The 'Love Lake' across the street is very pleasant. The staff were friendly and proactively helped us with our luggage. There are plenty of dining options nearby, with flavors suitable for all ages. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out – such thoughtful service! The hotel was spotlessly clean, with excellent attention to detail. The facilities are comprehensive and easy to use. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options, and we all ate very well. The overall service was attentive; this is definitely my top choice for business trips or vacations!

Facilities: To be honest, the decor looks quite trendy, but the carpets and such felt a bit old and worn. Hygiene: Because it was old, it didn't feel very clean. I started sneezing as soon as I entered the room. Later, when I went to a nearby mall, I suspect it was due to plush toys, and my rhinitis flared up. Environment: It's directly opposite Yiwu Heart, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. The breakfast was pretty good, probably because it was a weekend. The room, however, felt a bit small. Service: The service was excellent. They arranged a room away from the street for us and provided disposable toiletries and slippers for the child. Any issues were addressed very quickly.

Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel Rating: ★★★★☆ We recently stayed at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel during the national holiday in China, and overall, our experience was quite enjoyable. Here’s a breakdown of our stay: **Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店 **Check-In Experience:**   We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.   **Room Comfort:**   Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. **Facilities:**   The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine. **Service:**   The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out. **Room for Improvement:**   While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment. **Final Thoughts:**   This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.  In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages. Would we return? Absolutely!

I had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. From the moment I arrived until check-out, everything was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. A very special thank you to Miss Iris, who truly made our stay exceptional. She kindly upgraded our room, which made our trip even more enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, patiently answering all of my questions and always ready to assist whenever I needed anything. Every time I had a problem, I simply reached out to her, and it was solved right away. She also made both the check-in and check-out process quick and effortless. Her professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness are a real credit to the hotel. The food was excellent with plenty of delicious options. My absolute favorite part of the hotel was the Executive Lounge. It became my go-to place to relax, work, and enjoy a meal. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, and the view is simply the best in town. It’s the perfect space if you want to unwind or get some work done. While I wasn’t particularly impressed with the swimming pool and sauna (I have experienced better facilities at other hotels) but the gym definitely made up for it. It was well-equipped, and I was pleasantly surprised to find Reformer Pilates machines, which is something you don’t often see in hotel gyms. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would happily return. The outstanding service, especially from Miss Iris, the excellent food, and the Executive Lounge made this a memorable experience. Thank you, Shangri-La, and thank you again, Miss Iris, for making us feel so well taken care of!

This is a very quiet, neat and clean hotel with all service boxes covered. You get a lot for the little money you spend. On check in you receive a coffee voucher which I immediately spend in the Hotel coffee shop. When I checked out, and needed to wait for my transport to show up, I was offered another coffee from the hotel coffee shop. The coffee shop, which serves excellent coffee, also serves as breakfast restaurant. Good choice of food and again a clean and modern layout. (has an interesting space saving set-up of the tables.) The only thing, probably only noticeable by foreigners, is the height of the benches and couches in the hotel. It feels like sitting on the floor. (A bit too low for my taste)

My recent stay at the Yiwu Global Hotel was initially just a routine business trip, but thanks to the staff's thoughtful and attentive service, I was truly touched and had an excellent experience throughout. I genuinely want to give this hotel a comprehensive five-star recommendation! I stayed in room 9007. During my stay, I ordered food through a delivery app, and the order page showed that it had been successfully delivered. However, after waiting for a long time in my room, I never received a delivery notification and couldn't find my food. I became quite anxious. Since I wasn't familiar with the hotel's food delivery storage policy and didn't want to go downstairs blindly searching, I immediately called the front desk for assistance. When the call connected, the staff member was incredibly gentle and patient, showing no signs of perfunctoriness or impatience. They listened carefully to my problem. After I explained that the delivery showed as completed but I couldn't find my food, the staff member immediately calmed me down, telling me not to worry and assuring me they would verify and handle it right away. This completely alleviated my anxiety. After hanging up, the staff member didn't ask me to go downstairs myself or simply tell me the storage location to handle it on my own. Instead, they proactively resolved the issue for me. The staff quickly checked the delivery records and confirmed that the delivery driver had placed all food orders in the hotel's delivery locker on the first floor. Considering that I was on a high floor and it would be inconvenient for me to retrieve the food, the staff member specially went to the first-floor locker themselves, carefully verifying the information and accurately finding my order. The entire process was efficient and meticulous. Just a few minutes later, the staff member delivered the perfectly intact food directly to my room door and handed it to me personally. The whole process was handled smoothly and promptly. From reporting the problem to resolving it, I didn't have to worry about a thing, and my urgent need was perfectly met. What moved me the most was that the hotel's service truly demonstrated empathy, fully understanding the inconvenience guests might face when traveling and picking up food, treating a guest's small matter as a significant one. At many hotels today, staff would usually just direct guests to handle such issues themselves, but the service at this hotel was full of warmth and attention to detail. The sincere and caring service from the staff made me, a stranger in a foreign place, feel incredibly warm and secure. It's in the small details that true quality shines through; a simple food delivery incident perfectly showcased the hotel's excellent service quality and people-oriented service philosophy. When staying at a good hotel, a comfortable environment is fundamental, but warm service is the most valuable bonus. Yiwu Global Hotel not only has a clean and comfortable environment and an excellent living experience but also boasts a group of diligent, responsible, and meticulous staff. This perfect service experience has significantly increased my favorable impression of this hotel. Next time I travel to this area, I will definitely prioritize staying at this hotel, and I will not hesitate to recommend it to my friends and family. I genuinely commend the hotel's excellent service and outstanding service team!

The room was great, especially the warm reception from Butler Xu. From the moment we checked in, he helped us with our luggage, introduced us to fun places nearby, told us what to look out for and what to bring when soaking in the hot springs, and even switched us to a room with a better view. He told us to reach out to him if we needed anything. The hot springs were really comfortable and effective for relieving fatigue. I'll definitely go back with friends next time.
