剛開始進了一個房間好臭，感覺有死物一樣，換了一個房間，結果沒有熱水，還需要放好久，礦泉水超過屋內2瓶要格外收費這個也能理解，那個大媽服務態度好差，邋裡邋遢的，格外拿了幾瓶礦泉水，告訴前台，説一會下來結款，那個前台就讓大媽，拿着二維碼要跟我上樓，好像跟了要飯一樣，最後我買了一瓶，沒有跟我上樓，大媽嘴裏來一句，喝不起礦泉水，拿3瓶幹嘛，房間整體效果不如意，衞生環境不是很好，基礎設施無法保障

酒店乾淨衞生，前台服務態度很好，每次都是選擇這家酒店，隔壁有餐廳吃飯還可以送到樓上，會推薦朋友來住

除了接待的前台服務人員服務意識還算合格，房間設施和衞生很不理想，衞生間蹲廁去水口一拔掉那個手動塞子就一股臭味道，衞生間的抽風口有很明顯的噪音，房間還擺了一個麻將桌，電線亂丟。最氣人的是半夜三點多還有人很大力地撞我房間的門，把我硬生生吵醒，而且房間門上還沒有觀看貓眼，從來沒試過這樣的酒店。

房間靠馬路，非常吵，衞生間總是有異味，淋浴門全是水漬。最難受的是，房間裏總是有這種很大的麻蠅，每天晚上回到房間都要拍掉十幾衹，真的是太噁心了，不會再住了

十點就敲房門，我們還在房清潔人員就隨意打開門，幾個清潔工讓酒店質量整體下滑，第一天那樣就算了，第二天還這樣😡🤬🤬🤬🤬
