比想象的好很多，
設施：齊全都是新的
衞生：很乾凈，洗漱毛巾浴巾都是一次性的
環境：很乾凈，個人覺得比連鎖快捷酒店乾淨多了
服務：大姐服務很熱情，被暴雨困住了還一直安撫我們

房間乾淨 但是有煙味 不只是從哪裡飄來的 樓下停車很擠 自駕車需要停的遠一些 服務態度很好 雖然有窗 但窗户對着樓梯 但從錦州整體價格來説 這個價格也就衹能住這樣房間了

商務酒店就是個名頭，就是普通乾淨小旅館。窗户是能打開，但是衹能看到一半外面的世界。
床品挺乾淨，離會展中心近，只有這兩優點。
一天一瓶水一天一個牙刷。。東西放好了，第二天出去了也沒收拾垃圾，幸虧不怎麼在店裡待着。吃的飯都沒收拾扔掉也是不太理解了。

房間很大，物品擺放很整潔，衞生間尤其大，簡直不要太爽了。房間的床上和地上都很乾凈，還有投影儀，可以看電視。前台阿姨也特別好，説話也很温柔，服務也很熱情。周邊是美食一條街，好多好多吃的，很開心的一次行程。

房間很大，很敞亮，不會像有些酒店擺了很多沒必要的椅子板凳。性價比很高，設施都是新的，毛巾也是一次性的，類似於平時用的洗臉巾，考慮的很周到！滿分5分，給4.9分，那0.1怕老闆驕傲🤓

我説真的 這家旅店 真的哪哪都好 和朋友出去旅遊 不僅出門就能見到渤海大學的男大 而且附近都是小吃 這是地理位置優越 這都不是最重要的 最重要的是老闆娘人好 和善 房間整潔無異味 這個性價比簡直了 老闆娘在我們走的時候還送了我們兩瓶水 看外邊下雨還幫我開門打傘啥的 真的是讓人感覺無微不至 這也讓我對我這次旅行和錦州的人民都好感度蹭蹭漲！！！

第二次來姐家住了！姐依然那麼熱情哈哈，訂的精品大床房但是前面的客人沒退房，姐直接把最大的房間給我住了，好喜歡。
環境很乾凈，但是忘記拍照了，位置也很好，出門就是渤大西門，好多好多好吃的，根本挑不過來😋

回錦州辦事，住進這個酒店，感覺很棒。老闆還免費升級了房間，房間很大，榻榻米住的很舒服，電視信號不錯，窗户是落地窗，視野好，衞生間牙具等衞生用品齊全，並且很環保。周圍打車也方便，下次還會住這裏。
