Location near to custom check point. Self Check in simple because they give detail very clear. Room was spacious and toilet was clean. A lot of amenities all nearby.

We had a good stay at R&F Princess Cove Seine region. The room was cozy and spacious, and the fittings were relatively new. The host was very accommodating to our request. We definitely recommend SC Homestay for managing the place. Will be back next time!

Not feasible we leave the carpark at 1105am not able to go out as the apartment check out time is 11am and being charge RM3 not sure for what. To avoid further delay we just left the place

Good location near to CIQ, have restauants , durian & coconut stall opposite , price is cheaper than CIQ area . But basic facilities in the room .

Was a fantastic stay. The apartment was really clean and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. I went there mainly for a personal retreat and found it v suitable because of the nice views and quiet (so happen i got a high floor and i think general noise insulation from other units is good) hence very conducive. Will highly recommend this place. And the response was prompt when i had questions + smooth checkin and checkout

First time trying out apartment instead of hotel as this trip is for family gathering. Location is decent, could have been better if the bridge link to R&F is still there (currently renovation till end of Sept 2024). Lobby is pretty stuffy and have weird smell, and the R&F Mall is pretty much dead. Room is big and good for families, have sufficient amenities.

Unfortunately, despite the fantastic seaview from the balcony overlooking causeway, our stay got cut short and we decided to check-out early morning around 2.30am for safety of our kids and us. One of my family member got bitten by bedbugs just when we were about to call it a night at 1am. At first we thought it was a mosquito but when sensing something is off, decided to turn on the lights and found bedbugs on the mattress. We decided to move to the living area and woke up the rest while we check the entire apartment to find even more bedbugs crawling on walls and unknown bugs on the kitchen walls. I updated the owner on the spot. Understandably, since it was wee hours in the morning, we did not expect much but our first thought was to just leave the place and head home carrying our young kids that were still sleeping whom were not aware of what was going on. The next morning, received reply from owner informing us that they will have their cleaning team to check. No apologies for the inconveniences except that owner was sorry for the late respond. In the evening at 10pm, i received an update from owner that the security deposit of $50 has been refunded which is part of the requirement for our stay. No mention about refunding our stay or any form of service recovery and no goodwill gesture. Very disappointed. My advice to other travelers, book at your risk. Do your own checks upon check-in.
