Im not sure if this a scam or not but I thank to trip.com staff for a good respon and good service! I arrived at the hotel to think I had make a booked for a room but suddenly the owner said they standart room are fully booked n if i wan to stay i need to upgrade to a deluxe room with additional cost and the room not even feel like a deluxe room. Its too small to call a deluxe. and even A very unpleasent experience during checkin. The owner even argue with trip staff saying to cut off all the apps but so far i still see they still promo thier room in others apps. They claimed thier hotel is not a cheap hotel but in the first place why u go and put ur hotel in all apps to promo it, this mean u already agreed with whatsoever amount will they advertise thier apps right? Never gonna stay here again.

The room was small. The receptionist was talking very loudly since 9am & we could hear it very clearly from our room.
