Hotels in Pulai, Johor Bahru

The place was huge, and all staff are friendly. We never get bored as there are a lot of activities to be done here at Pulai Springs Resort. We had so much fun and my kids had a blast. We would definitely come back and bring the whole gang.

All amenities provided (slippers, toothbrush, toothpastes, shower gel, tea, coffee & mini fridge) Friendly concierge proficient in English. Hotel pillow is soft type, 2 given per bed and super comfortable. Sound proofing is pretty good (didn't get woken up by any sounds beside or outside) Modern interior design and 4 wall socket + 1 beside the bed. Tv had YouTube but slightly slower due to older model. Lobby had sufficient seat while waiting for grab too. Free swimming pool access & it looks very clean. Overall satisfied with the stay and will be back/recommending to others.

Huge and clean room - there is a very nice burger joint downstairs worth trying. Can be quite noisy as the sound proofing isn’t very good - we stayed at level 15 and can hear the motorbike sound zooming through at night. The towels need to be upgraded and changed. Location is not very ideal as it’s not located any malls or any shopping area.

Did a short staycation at the Arts Hotel. Location is great as it is near Bukit Indah. Simple hotel room but spacious and amenities were provided. Cleanliness can be improved.

Not so near to the place with many eateries but can slowly walk there or short drive.

The overall experience was good but there were a few hiccups. First off, the customer service wasn't exactly on point. Since it’s a self check-in setup, I expected them to reach out with the check-in details, but nope, nothing. I had to chase them down myself on the day of the staycation. Sent a message, but the response was slow, ended up having to call them directly. Even then, the check-in instructions didn’t come right away, despite them saying they’d send it over quickly. I had to follow up again before they finally sent it over. It was honestly a bit of a hassle. Second off, the cleanliness was a total letdown. The living room had sunflower seeds all over likely the leftovers from whoever stayed before. It’s definitely a hygiene issue. However, the rest of the place was actually pretty decent. The bedroom was cozy and the bathroom was spotless. Plus, the location was super convenient and the overall vibe of the place was really nice once you settled in. It definitely had potential to be great if the small stuff like customer service and cleanliness got sorted out.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The room is well kept and the receptionist is very helpful. There is free bottled water in the room, the bedsheets are crisp and wonderful to sleep on. They also provide clean, fresh towels. Security is tight as it should be. Parking is freely available. No hassles. Will return again the next time.

Quite basic for middle range hotel. Old furniture, can hear flushing sound upstairs. But bed is white clean.

Quiet room, centrally located between groceries and food outlets and a couple of fast food eateries. Just to relax without the exorbitant prices elsewhere.
