酒店乾淨整潔，房間井然有序，裝修風格典雅，擺設綠色環保，房間電器智能化程度較高，每一個服務人員熱情周到，有對顧客積極的服務態度。酒店房間很寬敞，衞生乾淨，網絡很快，早餐挺好的，前台接待辦理入住較快，退房時東西忘記在房間了，前台小夥子第一時間聯繫我，這點真的非常感謝，非常棒，這樣的酒店客人住着很舒心

連鎖酒店大同小異，不過這個早餐確實太差了，首先是改用餐也沒有通知，還是跟着加菜的廚師走的員工通道😂，然後是早餐根本就沒法吃，印象中維也納的早餐還是可以的，不知道怎麼回事，應該當天有會議，跟別人拼桌坐的，都在吐槽。早餐的照片沒有拍，説實話也沒有東西拍😢還是希望酒店能重視一下早餐的品質

酒店服務很熱情周到——我就説了下剛洗好的衣服沒地方晾曬，客房大姐就送來了簡易晾衣架，點贊！酒店衞生也很棒，沐浴露洗髮露看上去比較上檔次，也很好用，味道是我喜歡的，洗澡水很給力。性價比很高的酒店，真心推薦！

前台小黃的服務必須贊一下:不但給我們安排了高樓層，而且整個接待過程笑容可掬，有問必答，非常暖心！酒店整體環境高雅，房間也很乾凈整潔，空調製冷給力，綜合來看很好！

首先前台開始收按金了，也沒問我是不是會員，我一開始也不知道他們酒店開始説按金。
其次酒店褲子質量非常差，甚至説是質檢不合格的也拿出來用。
電視機一開始放不出來。放出來的也是那種非常卡頓的。找前台工程師過來説是要換機頂盒，太麻煩了，不想繼續浪費時間。
個人覺得酒店除了保潔阿姨態度還可以，其他的真的是一塌糊塗。

酒店很宏偉氣派，周邊綠化環境很；前台美女服務周到熱情；房間雖然面積不是很大，但是衞生很好很乾凈、温馨；席夢思床墊非常舒適好睡。非常不錯的酒店！
