This is the most expensive hotel in this trip to Egypt, more expensive than Sofitel Aswan, but except for the good breakfast and good service, I am not very satisfied with other things. 1. There is only a bathtub, no hand-held shower. 2. There is a musty smell when the room is opened, and the sound insulation is very poor, and the sound of the road outside can be heard clearly. I stayed at Le Meridien Airport Hotel before, and the sound insulation was not so bad. Maybe if you want to stay in this hotel, you must book a room with a pyramid view, so that you will not face the road. 3. There is no Chinese TV, but this is a common problem in Egyptian hotels, and there is no way to solve it. 4. The buffet is very rich, but the chefs have a bad memory. I asked for waffles and muffins, but they didn’t come after 20 minutes. I went to see them, and they immediately reacted and made them for me after a few minutes. It made me eat in a hurry, but the taste was good. Personally, I think this hotel is specially for viewing the pyramids, and other requirements are difficult to meet.

The hotel is indeed newly opened, so it is not a bad choice!
One of the better choices for going to the pyramids the next day
It is just behind the Marriott, and you can also walk to the Mena Palace to have a meal or something!
The hotel lobby is very clean, and the breakfast is also quite rich and hygienic
2 problems 1 is that the rain shower only has one overhead and the water pressure is insufficient.
Looking at the room type of the pyramid facing the main road, it is indeed quite noisy! You need to bring your own earplugs if you don't sleep well!

This hotel is really great! It is understood that the hotel is a hotel under PetroChina. The front desk reception is very professional and considerate. Every employee greets with a smile. You can also meet Chinese staff in the hotel, who can provide help, which makes people feel very warm. The room is spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities, allowing people to get a full rest during the journey. The breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western, with rich varieties, especially breakfast can also eat steamed buns, fried dumplings, fried dough sticks and other Chinese specialties, which makes people eat with relish. There is a clean and clear swimming pool in the hotel, the sun is bright, the environment is beautiful, and safety is guaranteed. The hotel is in a very advantageous location, close to the Egyptian pyramids and the Giza Museum tourist attraction, with convenient transportation and shopping.

We stayed at the hotel for the last night. We were going to visit the Pyramids the next day, so we decided to stay near the scenic spot so it was easy to walk there. The pyramid view room is a bit noisy near the roadside. It's not a big problem if you bring earplugs.

At first, I was scared to take the elevator to the hotel on the 5th floor, but after using it a few times, I got used to it!
The room was spacious and clean. The hotel staff were very considerate and asked me ”Everything's okay?” and ”Do you need a help?”, which I really appreciated.

AAnonymous UserMaria Pyramids House is an excellent small hotel right at the northern edge of the Pyramids. The staff, especially Mohammed, was very helpful and accommodating, and we had romantic private breakfasts and dinners on the rooftop while overlooking the pyramids! The room was very nicely furnished, with a small fridge and big bathroom. The only complaint was that the shower lacked water pressure and wasn't particularly hot. Right in front of the hotel and up the hill is the entrance to the Pyramids. Excellent location! Overall, I highly recommend Maria Pyramids House.

VViviVillaI had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast was amazing—beautifully served, and you could really see the dedication put into it. The entire hotel was spotless, and when I turned on the shower, I could smell the bleach, which reassured me of the high level of cleanliness. It’s also a very quiet place, perfect for a relaxing stay. One of the best parts is the convenience of having a mini fridge in the room and a Carrefour right next door. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Cairo!

AAnonymous UserThe boss is very kind and his son is also very cute. He took the initiative to help me carry my luggage. This is a newly opened hotel. Please use your iPhone to navigate. When you arrive at the door, you must carefully read the sign on the door to find it, or contact the owner directly. The room was clean and tidy, with plenty of hot water. The price was very reasonable. It is very close to the pyramids. You can also see the pyramids from the rooftop restaurant. The scenery is very good. Breakfast is 200 Egyptian pounds. Overall great.

JJamminontha1The service was great. Everyone was friendly and attentive and ready to help. The staff were at the front desk at all hours of the night. The rooftop views of the pyramids and the museum in the day and night are fantastic. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of foods to choose from and lots of seating. My Uber account wasn’t working, so the hotel was able to order me one. It came with a surcharge, but it was better than taking a taxi. There’s AC and plenty of space and storage in the room. Everyone has a good grasp of the English language. There is a great outdoor area to just relax day or night and next door is a tiny market for snacks and an oil shop.
There are only a couple of cons:
1. They don’t take old or work out USD bills
2. I was given inconsistent pricing for the excursions they offered, so I booked most of them elsewhere
3. My room had no ventilation and I was unable to open my window. Also, after room service came in, it would smell faintly of cigarettes.
4. I was hand-washing and hanging clothes and housekeeping kept shutting the door to the bathroom so my clothes couldn’t dry and smelled moldy. The housekeeper for my floor didn’t speak good English, so it was a lost cause.
5. The tv only had like 10 channels and all Arabic and mostly news and religious
Overall, I would book this hotel again, but maybe request a room with a window that opens or bring a mini-fan and room spray.

At first glance, the hotel looks very new and nice, and the hygiene is OK, but you can see that it is a renovation on the original old facilities. But it is still OK to stay for one or two nights. The hotel service is very good, the restaurant can see the pyramids, and the balcony of the room we booked can also see the pyramids. The view is great and worth the money. The breakfast was good.

However, the uncomfortable beds and the seemingly indifferent attitude of the owner take away from the overall experience. It's just pretty casual. The quality is mediocre.
There are three single beds in the room. The bed board slipped to a lower position when entering the door, and the nail pins were exposed... very dangerous! I hope the hotel can pay attention to the facilities in each room. The restaurant staff above the hotel will cheat guests out of their money! ! An older waiter looked a lot like a manager. He was really hateful! Obviously every guest's breakfast includes drinks. We ordered a latte and milk, but when it was served, they lied and said that milk would cost $5, which was very exaggerated! The point is that the cup of milk is only 200ml! Later I said you didn’t tell me in advance that you wanted to pay, so I didn’t want it! He just gave up
This unhealthy trend needs to be changed!

MMartineWOW WOW WOW, is all I can say about this hotel, I loved my whole experience, check in is 24 hours and we arrived at 4:30am and was greeted by happy staff who were very welcoming.
The pool is warm and open 24/7 it’s on the roof where there is a manned restaurant which is also 24/7 and the staff couldn’t have made us feel more welcome.
We watched the pyramids at sunrise from the rooftop bar, the photos of the view don’t do it justice.
Towels are provided at the pool.
Also Hassan provides a great Massage by the pool.
It was my sons 30th birthday and all the staff knew and stopped him to wish him a great day.
They even made a massive cake and all the staff came and sang happy birthday.
Everyone made sure our every wim was catered for.
The rooms where massive and exceptionally clean.
Its also close to a selection of shops and supermarkets.
I honestly don’t have a bad thing to say about this hotel.
I can’t wait to go back in January.
