Awesome onsen, breakfast was ok

This Japanese-style hot spring hotel has complete facilities and the lobby is decorated in a very luxurious style. We arrived early and enjoyed the free afternoon tea and foot bath first. When we checked in at 3 o'clock, a waiter in kimono guided us to the door of the room, which was very considerate. After taking a bath, we had dinner on the 2nd floor of the hotel as scheduled. Dinner is a standard Kaiseki cuisine, which is very sumptuous. Each family has its own private dining space and is equipped with a dedicated person to serve throughout the meal. At 9 o'clock in the evening, the hotel arranged a local Taiko performance in Kaga for the guests, which was very unique. The whole experience was very satisfying.

The hotel is a bit remote and the facilities are a bit old. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Gusoyu (one of the attractions), and all the nearby shops are open after 5 pm, so if you arrive before 3 pm, it is very inconvenient to go out and find food! However, the hotel's hot spring facilities are great, with indoor and outdoor free 24-hour use, and an outdoor foot bath. The kaiseki cuisine in the evening is very rich and delicious, and the breakfast buffet is just average. The hotel also has two Chinese-speaking waiters to help you with check-in instructions, which is helpful for travelers who don't understand Japanese.

A perfect stay experience can make you happy for a long time. There is no flaw and it must be full of 5 stars, especially the quality of the service staff and the meticulous ordering of dishes. The hot spring here is also very large, and the sister hotel "Yadoli" can also be used for free. The hotel's shuttle bus runs at 15:30 at Kaga Onsen Station. The hot spring street is very beautiful at night, but not too prosperous, but the facilities are complete and quiet. That's awesome x3. Frankly speaking, I like this place, and I like the three-legged crow doll that takes a hot spring bath. I will bring my friends here again. Thank you.

I took my mother, who has trouble walking, with me, and they provided a wheelchair for her, and a Japanese-Western style room for her, who has trouble getting out of bed, which was very helpful. Of course, the hot springs were also very pleasant, and my mother was very happy with them.

Overall it's good and the staff are very welcoming. I booked a private hot spring hotel, and the hotel provided private lounge service. This was a great surprise to me. But the hotel room is a bit old and the food is not very good! needs improvement

Why can't it be given zero points? ! The hot springs are the dirtiest I have seen in Japan in so many years! Ctrip should remove such hotels from its shelves! I really don’t know how a hotel like this can be so expensive! ! !

服務： 非常好，門口就有接待，辦理好入住以後一個日本和中國員工全程解釋酒店設施直至門口，溝通無障礙。 衞生：乾淨 環境：房間非常不錯有單獨的空間可以喝茶、且在日本來講算特別大。 設施：温泉不錯，畢竟靠近總湯。衹是温泉內部環境一般。就裡麪一個大池，外面一個小池。邊上一個桑拿房。且去的時候剛好遇到幾個韓國人，全程大聲聊天不是很理想。
