The hotel has a nice view, you can call the hotel again when you arrive at the station and ask them to pick you up. This is an old-fashioned hotel with almost no foreigners. The waiters are old aunts and uncles, and they are very enthusiastic. But the last shuttle bus that will take you to the station is 10:10 in the morning. After that, you may need to take a bus trip by yourself. There is platform 26a nearby. We haven't taken a seat. It is estimated that we will have to wait a long time. We went for a walk. I have never seen a bus coming over.

I think the building is old, but all the staff were kind and warm.
All the dishes were very delicious!!
Fireworks were held every day in August at the lake in front of the hotel, and fairs were held near the hotel, so it was nice to have a festival mood! !! Thank you very much. I want to come again.

The location of the hotel is very central, and it belongs to the first-line lake view location. The hotel’s male bath is good, and the room area is super large, at least 40 square meters or more, so Ctrip's information is still not accurate enough. Then the lake view room is estimated to have a front lake view, and the ordinary Japanese-style room is also a side lake view. Because it is not a weekend, it is the lowest starting price, which is less than RMB 1,000, which is the starting price of 7,500 per night for two meals in the hotel. The meals are all buffet in the morning and evening. The varieties are indeed not high-end, and the prices are there, but there is a self-service sukiyaki pot for three months from December to February, and there is unlimited draft beer. This can be said to be fully worth the room rate. Next door Japan The uncle really drank eight glasses. There is a direct bus from Kanazawa, and a free shuttle bus from Kaga Onsen Station, but reservations are required. There is a direct bus to Komatsu Airport. See the picture for details.

First of all, I must say that the hotel staff are polite and friendly, which makes me willing to stay here again in the future.
The price is cheap, but the location is relatively biased.
There is a problem with the management of the hotel and the staff should be re-educated. The four employees of Check-in and Check-out are not good in English and need to use online translation. However, because they are still afraid of communicating with foreigners, they can flash and flash, and the hotel facilities are not explained.
I booked a ”Superior Twin Room (Lake View)” and ”Standard Triple Room (Lake View)” (I will book a ”Random Room” in the future, and I don't feel that the room is better for spending more money), they may want to help me line up, so I gave me two triple rooms, but I won't say it when I check-in. I only told me two room numbers, and then kept asking which one of us was going to live for two people. (It doesn't matter at all, the hotel didn't move the extra beds, ask me why this?)
There is also a remote nearby, you can consider ordering dinner, but the front desk will not explain when you check-in. At first, I asked us whether we wanted to eat Italian or Japanese dinner. After we chose Italian food, we told us that Italian food can only be 2 people, Japanese food 3 people. Later, I asked if I could not eat together? She called again to confirm that she could eat Japanese food together. (I guess it is because the superior twin room can choose Italian food, but the standard triple room is not good. It may be written on the hotel's official website, but it is not written clearly on trip.com)
This hotel is more biased towards leisure hotels, you can play croquet, billiards, tennis, etc., or you can ride an electric car to the lake for free. If you look at the dinner specifications of the hot spring hotel, the Japanese dinner here is below the level.
The cleanliness of the room is OK, but the sink of the bath, almost every one has hair inside, and the cleanliness needs to be strengthened.
The management of breakfast is also problematic. When we walked in to have breakfast, the waiter did not ask us the room number, but asked us to ask the front desk. The front desk didn't even ask the room number, so we went in and ate directly. No room number, this management method is only applicable to Japanese people, that is, if you want to eat breakfast, you can go directly in. No one knows if the accommodation includes breakfast.
Although it is a lake view room, Chaishan Temple will be covered (the seventh floor of the total floor is allocated on the fourth floor, the difference is as photo), if you look at the mountain view, it is similar.

Hotel facilities are a bit old, the basics are all Japanese, the front desk service is very poor, we arrived at about 2:30, the Japanese who arrived at the same time were led in batches, we also checked in, but did not give the key , said check in the specified time is 3 points, only 3 points to give, and later to the theory before giving 10 minutes earlier. Obviously different treatment! However, it is necessary to specify that the door-to-door driver and the baggage master serve the first-class bar. They smile and face each other, and they greet each other with a big compliment. The front desk should really learn from them! The surrounding towns can be said to be nowhere to go, not recommended. It is better to have a horse hot spring and Yufuyuan!

The rooms are spacious, the service is great, the meals are great value, and the hot springs are great. There is a shuttle bus at the JR station, which is very convenient. Because the flight to Komatsu was cancelled, we flew to Nagoya instead. We rushed all the way to Kaga Onsen Station, just in time to catch the last shuttle bus. We arrived at the hotel smoothly, soaked in the hot springs, and had a delicious kaiseki meal.

SSun PMOnsen is good. Meal is satisfactory. Room is cozy and roomy
SStephanie5121The hotel is right next to the stream. You can hear the sound of the water in the room.
There is a hot spring street within walking distance. There are not many people but the whole is very exquisite. There are many interesting shops.
Hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. Quite like
The portion of the meal is a lot of food and it is very full ~
The hot spring pool can also hear the sound of running water. It is very pleasant and I like it very much.
The room is large, although it is a bit older
GGuest UserKishotei Inn is located in the Yamanaka Onsen Street. There is a hotel shuttle bus from the south exit parking lot of Kaga Onsen JR Station that can pick you up at scheduled times. You need to reserve a time in advance. Just use your email address. The pick-up and drop-off staff are very friendly and the hotel service is better. It is in place, and the period architecture adds to the Japanese style of the hot spring hotel. It has a clean and hygienic environment, rich breakfast and dinner, considerate hot tea and snacks in the lobby, and a beautiful open-air hot spring and scenery near the stream on the first floor. There is also a hotel next to the hotel. There are Hexianxi Trail and Hot Spring Street Town, both of which are refreshing and relaxing hot spring tours. It is highly recommended and I will definitely go there again if I have the opportunity.
AAngelKwanI am a self-driving tour (Jinyu Dongxunfang - London He Midway Hotel chooses parking) without thinking about transportation (the hotel has a special car to pick up and drop off from Kaga), the Wendian is very well maintained, it is a designated sightseeing hot spring franchise hotel in Japan, hot spring water is good, there is a public bath (is hot spring water), There are three private soups, which need to be paid at night (the appointment is free in the morning), I am very satisfied with the morning and evening, I have the largest room (there is a large hall), there is a reception welcome drink, there is any tea, there is a snow strip after bathing, there is a morning coffee, the focus is not expensive. When leaving, the reception staff will bow and wave goodbye. It is a traditional Japanese hotel and is the choice of Japanese tourist resort hotels.
CCrisxSelda in IshikawaThe customer service was excellent. We didn’t expect to get a really big room and it comes with breakfast and dinner buffet which to be honest was some of the best I’ve had in Japan. I can’t wait to go back. Cleanliness could definitely be improved though but nothing too crazy to be turned off with.
XXINYINGThis is the first time to seriously review a hotel, because the experience of staying is really good. The hotel provides pick-up and drop-off from JR station to the hotel, because it was a temporary decision to stay at Kaga Onsen for one night. I called the hotel before boarding the train. There is a younger sister who can speak Chinese. The communication is good, and I will pick you up on time when I say hello to the arrival time. Because it was late, there were only three of us in the entire minibus. There is welcome tea upon check-in, luggage will be delivered to the room, there is boiling water in the kettle in the room, and there are biscuits on the table. In the Japanese-style room, I returned to the room after dinner and the bed was already made. The tea table was equipped with a thermos pot and water cup. I knew it was ice water when I came back from the hot spring. I wanted to drink some ice water after the hot spring. We ordered ”one night and two food”. The dinner was very rich and tasted good. The breakfast was a Japanese buffet. There were not many varieties but the quality was good. There are indoor and outdoor hot springs, and private baths can be reserved for 3,000 yen for 50 minutes and 5,000 yen for 100 minutes. Private baths have two indoor and outdoor pools, which are absolutely great value. When leaving, the staff will wave goodbye until the car disappears at the gate. The whole check-in process makes people feel warm, caring and just right, it is highly recommended!
SShupingThis is a century-old luxury hot spring hotel. The service was great and the rooms were beautiful. The meals are average, but it’s worth it to experience such a good hot spring hotel ~ It’s also very close to the attractions, and there is a shuttle bus to Kaga Onsen Station. It’s a perfect day.
GGuest UserI booked four sets of rooms for one night. I didn’t expect the four sets of rooms that had been paid on the program. After arriving at the hotel, the hotel asked me to pay the full amount of the four suites, but the hotel waiter’s English level was very poor. I disturbed for an hour in speechlessness. Later, I learned that the payment on the program was originally a deposit. God! For such a simple matter, the hotel waiter clearly told me that the payment you paid on the program was all a deposit. Why do you say that we didn't pay? I was late to the hotel this day, so I was delayed for another hour, and we had no time to enjoy the hotel facilities. I hope that the platform and the hotel will communicate better in the future to avoid this situation. This time it really brought me inconvenience. Except for this hotel, the whole is very good.
