Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing. The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard – it was very dusty, and it didn’t feel like it had been properly cleaned before my arrival. The toilet was oddly placed very close to the room’s entrance, which felt awkward and lacked privacy.
What really concerned me was the housekeeping service. A staff member entered my room without knocking or checking if anyone was inside. This was a serious breach of privacy and made me feel very uncomfortable.
The location and other basic facilities were okay, but overall, I expected better standards of hygiene and professionalism. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the service for future guests.

Excellent location for visiting Kaifeng. Clean room. Very friendly staff in the lobby. The famous Youyixin restaurant is right in the same building. Will stay in this horal again in my next trip to Kaifeng.

It’s a very decent stay. Near to the night market with walking distance of 5 minutes. Staff are very friendly and there’s free luggage storage too

The hygiene is average, and the location is very convenient. To be honest, the parking lot is a bit far away, and you have to walk for a while with your things. This time, I mainly visited the Qingming Riverside Park during the three days and two nights. It was really nice, especially the iron flower show, which was really spectacular. There is nothing wrong with it except that there are too many people. You have to visit Kaifeng with its history in mind, and only by understanding it can you appreciate its goodness. I will come to play again if I have the chance. Of course, I would like to make a suggestion to improve the traffic, it is really congested...
