衞生：定了兩間房，我們住的是一樓的房間，兩間房的床品都是主人自用的，衞生情況不明，居住的時候體驗感非常不好。尤其是床品，嚴重懷疑根本沒有每天清洗，衞生情況可想而知。房裡內主人的物品一一陳列，真的像偷住在別人家，非常膈應人。
設施：其中一間房使用的是公共浴室，但是放了十分鐘依然沒有熱水，洗漱用品衹有牙刷，其他沒有。
服務：這個真的不想多説，我們入住的時候已經晚上十點半，沒有提供除牙刷之外的設施，太膈應人了。本來給我們安排的是二樓的房間，但是後來説房間麻將機有人預訂了，就讓我們去一樓房間了。
果不其然，大概十一點多，來了一夥人，聲音極其大，我們被吵醒，樓上有個母女應該也被吵醒，然後鬧着要退宿退款，直到凌晨一點才算安靜下來，中途記不清楚門開關多少次，根本無法入睡，早上六點多，門就開始響，又被吵醒。晚上應該是樓上在洗澡，流水的聲音一直在響，整個晚上，不是哇哇説話，就是嘩嘩流水，簡直要精神崩潰。
接待人員應該是店家的公公，不太熟悉業務流程，期間有客人來就打電話給店家，一晚上直到凌晨一點左右還在客廳大聲與客人説話，房間不隔音，根本沒有辦法入睡，期間十二點半左右實在受不了，出來提醒一次，之後幾人依然在客廳説話，房間內聽的一清二楚。
環境：地理位置非常偏僻，在一個村莊裡，如果不是跟家人一起出遊，走到半路都要退房了，尤其是晚上，太嚇人了。
五一期間玩了一天，真的非常累，居住體驗非常非常不好，幾乎瞪眼到天亮。

當時遇上高峯期，不同**，電話問老闆價格差，得到的答覆是：有獨立衞浴和公共衞浴，我預訂的是170帶有獨立衞浴的，我老公用某平台是120多，到店的時候其實已經沒有帶獨衞的了，衹剩下兩個公共衞浴的房間和幾間特別小的偏房，總而言之，三星評價給的是小院整體環境，最後的退差也是一言難盡。

我們到當天晚上到開封在攜程上找的這家民宿，説一下整體感受吧！家的感覺！真的非常不錯！就跟自己家一樣，而且大叔真的好好啊，特別貼心，還給我們吃的，像家人一樣！我不知道該咋形容反正真的非常好！第一次來開封感受到開封人的熱情和樸實～感受非常好！
