Checking was straight forward as room had been rebooked by Trip.com. Direction after exiting. KLIA Transit station at Klia2 is non-existent and signage direction to Tune hotel is very limited. Who would've guess that u need to take the exit next to family mart to find the hotel. Hotel is quite clean but the towels in our room appeared a bit worn. The TV had an Astros sport channel, didn't try other channel as it was playing rerun of 2025 French open. Buffet breakfast selection has a reasonable wide selection of local fare.

This hotel is one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in for such an affordable price. The location is convenient and close to the airport which is a big plus. However, I was quite disappointed with the front desk experience. The Malay (probably) guy at the reception wasn’t friendly, didn’t smile, and seemed a bit rude. In hospitality, the first impression and how you greet your guests are very important. I also requested two extra pillows. At first, no one mentioned there would be any extra charge, but the housekeeper later said it would cost RM5 per pillow. Usually, extra pillows are complimentary at most hotels. I still paid since I needed them, but no receipt was provided which felt a bit suspicious. Overall, our stay was good and the room was clean and comfortable, but I really hope the management improves staff behavior and transparency about extra charges.

I've stayed here multiple times and always find it exceptionally convenient for travelers departing from T1. The hotel offers a shuttle service directly from the airport, and it's also just about a 15-minute walk. The breakfast provides a wide variety of delicious options. The bedding is clean and comfortable, wake-up calls are available, and its close proximity to the terminal makes shopping and dining very convenient. While I haven't encountered any Chinese-speaking staff during my various stays – perhaps just bad timing – it hasn't negatively impacted my overall experience.

Rất thích khu nhà biệt lập trần cao thoáng, có sân phía trước như thế này. Khu vực này xa trung tâm nhưng gần sân bay (20' đi/đến sân bay) nên khá thuận tiện, vị trí phù hợp mục đích nhóm bạn đi chơi go-kart cuối tuần như chúng tôi. Nhà 4 phòng ngủ, phòng tắm nóng lạnh đầy đủ, đồ dùng, thiết bị bếp phù hợp nhóm bạn gọi đồ về cùng ăn. Chúng mình khá ưng ý

A very comfortable and pleasant stay. The room was clean and cozy, perfect for a short getaway. The hotel staff were polite and very helpful — they even assisted the three of us in carrying our luggage to the room, which we really appreciated. However, the only downside is that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so it might not be convenient for elderly guests or anyone with leg or knee problems. Other than that, everything was great and worth the stay.

Everything is fine, and the service is good. If you arrive late but still within the specified time, you can call the reception to ensure your stay is confirmed.

Late on a 7-man family flight, urgently needed to find a accommodation before the next flight on the other day. Hotels and capsule hotel for full rest for 2 days too expensive for 7 people. For the specified price, the possibility to rest from the road is the perfect option, even taking into account the cost of taxi to and back. To the location of the house 20 min ride 100 ringit.
