The hotel is well located: 15 min wall from the station, 10 from local district and historical place, just in front of the most famous market and along one of the most posh streets. A nice mall is just next to it if you need anything.
The reception and restaurant are at the 16th floor and offer a great view. Rooms are correct, lathe not the modernest style but fine enough (I booked a single room).
The personnel extremely gentle and helpful.
I highly recommend this place.

Hotel is in a great location, across from Omicho market, above a department store, nearby a bus stop and less than 15min by foot to the train station.
The room was adequate, a compact bathroom, simply had all necessities. I like the different pillow types, you can use the soft one, the firm one, or both! The towel was hand towel size but I think it’s efficient in a way, just perfect for the rack designed for it. I was comparing it to the bath mat and that was when I found a hair that didn’t belong to me.
The view out was nice, as was the lounge at the same floor as the front desk. It had free drinks like coffee, juice in the evening period.

Stayed for 2 nights. Like the city is not so crowded. The hotel is about 500m from train station.

A high-rise hotel in the center of Kanazawa, with a good view, good service, spacious rooms and comfortable sleep.
But I regretted booking a stay with dinner, because the hotel arranged set meals such as mapo tofu and fried beef with vermicelli from the Phoenix Chinese Restaurant upstairs. If you are not particularly keen on eating modified Chinese food in Japan, it is more enjoyable to go downstairs to the street to eat seafood or Kanazawa beef.
But the hotel breakfast is very delicious!

This is a self-driving tour. The parking lot is in the next building and the connecting passage is on the 3F.
The reception desk is very welcoming and there is no problem communicating in English.
But the room itself is a bit old and the equipment is like that of the previous generation.
