位置絕佳，就在情歌廣場對面的樓上，去溜溜城很方便，樓下就是折多河，特別熱鬧，吃飯也很方便！雖然電梯和樓道環境一般，但是房間的內部環境還是不錯的！看得出來老闆有精心打理房間內部，因為房間蠻乾淨的，衞生間也很整潔，還有一個很大的投影，適合看電影和孩子看動畫片！有一個很大的落地窗，白天陽光明媚！推薦這個房間！！
