There are many handmade carpets and ******* utensils that are particularly beautiful As soon as I opened the door to the room, I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, well-equipped with everything, and had good sound insulation. Free sweet soup and fruit snacks will be prepared in the evening The main peak of Gongga can be directly seen from the room and restaurant, and it is also very close to Xinduqiao Town. The front desk girls Zhima, Ram and other girls are all very good in service. It’s been very cold recently. I helped turn on the oxygen floor heating in advance. It’s great! The breakfast is also very rich. I heard that there will be ******* breakfast in the future. I only stayed for one day, but I can say that everything I asked for was met. It’s as warm, welcoming and attentive as home. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I come!

Environment: The design elements of the hotel and the room environment in the public area are very good. It has a very artistic atmosphere. It is very good in a location like Xinduqiao👍. The water bar in the room is also covered, and the utensils are also very particular. It can be given full marks. Service: It was almost evening when we checked in. The front desk service was very attentive and upgraded me to a room type. The room was larger and had two floor-to-ceiling windows. I felt very satisfied! The welcome fruits in the hotel's minibar are also good, and they are sweet to relieve the fatigue of the journey. The downside was dinner and breakfast. We had planned to order food from the hotel the night before. When we went to the restaurant, it was obvious that there was no air conditioning and it was cold. The menu was simple and printed in A4 with no pictures, so we had to choose takeout. The breakfast on the second day was not served until 8 o'clock. The dinner plates were also cold and most of the meals were warm. I felt that the hotel's hardware was so good but the software was a bit broken.
