Love Song Hotel

For 800 yuan a night, this was the first time I'd encountered a hotel with parking over a kilometer away. I had to park my car myself, and then I had to walk back and forth with my luggage. They didn't even offer a shuttle, and I had to pay for parking myself. I was so angry that I had to give them a good review and even take screenshots of everything. I'd already spent 800 yuan, and I didn't need 30 yuan, so I gave a honest review to save others from getting ripped off. The front desk service and breakfast were terrible, especially the breakfast room. I went to eat at 9:25, and they almost didn't want me to go in. Another guest tried to call for noodles at 9:32, and despite all their nice words, they wouldn't move. They said they'd only been renovated 22 years ago, but that doesn't seem to be the case. For this hotel at this price, I think everyone should avoid it. The good reviews are probably just faked to pay for parking. Disgusting! For a better experience, find a better hotel with a parking lot, park your car, and then walk to the square.

This old hotel is located in the downtown area of Kangding. It is right outside the Love Song Square and Kangding River. It has a good geographical environment. We booked a room in Building B this time. The front desk was afraid that we didn't know where it was and took us there. The service attitude was very good and they took good care of the children. The breakfast was also very rich. Thumbs up!

The rooms are divided into Buildings A and B. Building B requires a transfer, is older, and doesn't offer a street view, but is also cheaper. I didn't notice this when booking, so I was a little disappointed. When getting off the bus, the security guard directed the bus to stop without considering safety issues, which the hotel needs to address. However, the location is quite good, close to Love Song Square and Liuliucheng. The breakfast was varied and good!

This stay was perfect! The front desk service was warm and efficient, and check-in was quick. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was warm and comfortable, and the bedding was soft, which made for a good night's sleep. The facilities were complete and well-maintained, the location was convenient, and the surrounding environment was quiet. Both the hardware and the service were impeccable, and it was great value for money! I highly recommend it to all friends who are looking for quality accommodation, and I will definitely choose here next time!

Parking is extremely inconvenient, with almost no spaces available during peak season. Worst of all, even parking for 10 minutes to unload luggage still costs money. The service was also lackluster; I didn't see any assistance with luggage pickup. Driving is not recommended due to traffic jams and difficulty finding parking.
