每次318經過新都橋都要入住這家酒店，酒店房間很好，乾淨衞生，這次訂的大床房，老闆很熱情給我們升級到豪華圓床房。我們這次6個人點了一個湯鍋套餐，份量足，味道好。新都橋這家酒店值得信賴和推薦

首先聲明，我沒有住進去！
攜程已經通知預訂成功，也收到短訊了，我們風塵僕僕的趕過去。一進大堂，烏泱泱的一片人，酒店是個夫妻檔，就兩夫妻辦入住，效率低得可怕，男主人連繫統都用不熟，女主人不知道在幹嘛東一下西一下，開一個房起碼10分鐘，我在排了40分鐘之後，開始辦理，在我報完我的預訂電話，他直接告訴我“沒房了”。我説我都收到短訊預訂成功啦？，他回答我“那是攜程給你發的短訊，又不是我”我説“那我這咋辦？來來回回加排隊已經一個小時了？”
他給我一個神操作“我不管我的事，你找攜程去，沒房間了我也沒辦法！”然後鼠標點了個什麼東西，我立馬就收到了攜程發給我的退訂短訊
先不説酒店如何，就這樣的辦理體驗，為何還要開酒店？開民宿去好了！如果攜程和酒店不聯動，那攜程的意義在哪？這種因網上線下交接問題導致的問題，都沒個説法，就這樣過了

交通：318公路旁，非常方便
衞生：跟大酒店比，稍差一點，但也不錯
環境：我住的房間朝山，推門見山，空氣不錯
服務：着重説一下服務，到店時與老闆鬧了一點誤會，老闆誤以為我們是到店現聯繫，就説沒大床房了，然後帶我們去看標間，我正納悶，咋提前在攜程上訂好的房間都會沒有了？然後老闆查到我們已提前訂好的，誤會解除了，並且老闆還為我們升級了房間，同時送了兩份早餐，這服務槓槓的。
