Hot spring swimming pool and hot spring soaking pool are so nice. People are also enthusiastic. Suitable for self-driving.

The hotel's infrastructure is very good, but it still needs a lot of investment in renovation, especially the bathroom, which feels really bad. The toilets are broken. The terrace has a nice view, but there is no light at night, and it is dusty everywhere. It needs to be slowly renovated. It's progress. If you put more effort into it, it should be very good. The projector screen is not clear at all. It can be solved with a few dozen dollars. I suggest you hire a Han Chinese aunt to clean the place. Otherwise, it will be really bad.

The experience was okay, but we did encounter some unexpected situations. The hot water was cut off that night and most of the next day, and it was all ice water. The weather in Kangding was not good at the time, with the temperature only a few degrees. It was a bit tricky to encounter such a situation... If you are particular about the hygiene of the bed sheets, it is recommended to bring your own isolation blanket. However, the hot spring is still a real hot spring... The floor heating effect is also good, and there is a large indoor swimming pool next to the front desk.

The hot springs were very comfortable and I was generally satisfied. Most of the staff were very nice, except for the uneducated old man at the door who kept muttering and saying ugly things that were offensive.

從新都橋回來在康定歇腳，自駕還是比較方便的，在康定新城出去一點，導航很準，可以停車，總的來説還是不錯的，性價比很高
設施：房間裏就有温泉池子，很舒服，各種一次性用品都有，紙巾還是潔柔的超級好評！有點不足可以改進的地方是感覺房間裏地暖開關壞了怎麼也關不了，房間有點太暖和了比較悶，窗户全部打開才稍微好點但是還是很熱，並且周圍那棟樓在放收音機非常吵，窗户打開又很吵，關了又很熱，希望可以改進一下
環境：有公共湯池，整體還是很不錯。
服務：很好，我們到得很晚前台還是很熱情等待我們
衞生：還可以 沒發現什麼不乾淨的

這是我第三次入住這家民宿，但是也是最後一次，一開始訂的房型特別小，就在前台升級房型，一開始都沒注意，晚上睡覺的時候發現床特別的暖和，就像開了電熱毯一樣，才發現地暖是壞掉的，因為我們把地暖的開關給關掉了，但是地板一直都非常温暖，上康定的温度大概就是在幾度左右，而我們一家人都沒有蓋被子，因為房間裏面非常的熱，我們家小朋友熱得睡不着就一直在翻身，後來4:00過左右，我們家小朋友頭疼，他覺得房間裏面太悶了，我們並沒有關門，但是房間裏面和外面是兩個温度，結果沒辦法把小朋友送到醫院看了急診，醫生説是房間太悶太熱，所以有點缺氧了，在醫院輸了一個小時氧氣，然後醫生建議我們不要再往海拔高的地方走，因為這個房間地暖壞掉，太悶太熱，小孩子高反缺氧差點就耽誤掉了後面的行程，我們家小朋友從五歲開始，每年我們都要進一到兩次也去過很多高海拔地區都沒有出現過高原反應，但是這一次居然在康定2000多，海拔的地方就高反了，然後我們看醫生的時候也給醫生詳細説明瞭當時的情況，醫生和護士都説是因為房間太熱太悶，所以孩子才出現了，缺氧，我們吸了一個小時氧氣之後小朋友就好了，他自己覺得沒問題，我們才接着走，後面我們也去到了4000多海拔的啞口，小朋友都沒有出現過高反，所以我覺得我們家小朋友身體還是挺不錯的。我還和我的朋友們都推薦這家民宿，包括我們每一次進入康定，想要住宿都定的是這一家可能就是我的最後一次了，晚上一家人在這麼冷的康定睡覺，居然沒有蓋被子可知當時的房間是多麼的熱，還要去醫院帶小朋友去吸氧，整個晚上我們都沒有休息好，以後再也不來了。
