This is the nearest place to stay under Zimei Pass. The sanitary conditions are good, which can be seen from the fact that the boss washes the sheets frequently. The privacy of the independent room is also quite good. The food at the B&B was very authentic. The two of us had a dish of boiled fish, which was delicious. You are here to go to Zimei Pass. If you can only choose between Zimei Pass, Lisuohai, or Lenggacuo, and you are driving a car, then I advise you to choose Zimei Pass. It takes an hour to drive up, but you can control the time. We waited until dark before coming down, and saw the sea of ​​clouds and the sunshine on the golden mountains. After coming down, another group of tourists (who came by car) listened to the suggestion and took a motorcycle to Lisuohai. The response was mediocre and they came back before dark. They were envious after seeing the photos we took. On the way to the B&B, there is 19km of bad road (there are shell craters, so it’s hard to drive fast due to the potholes) and it takes nearly three hours to drive. The same way goes to Zimei Pass. It takes 50 minutes to drive 8km. I came all this hard just to see the spectacular scenery of Gongga Snow Mountain. I hope my travel experience can give you a reference and don’t leave disappointed.

The service is good, the room is good, and Limeiya is the closest. The boss cooks delicious food. His food is the only one in Shangmuju. I ordered grilled fish for lunch, which is highly recommended. Materials are in short supply, so you have to order in advance, otherwise it will be last minute. You can eat whatever you want, and chat with the boss more so that you don’t run out of time when you go up the mountain. The mountain road is very difficult to walk.

The B&B is at the foot of Meiyakou Mountain in Gongga Mountain. It is quite convenient to drive down to Jinshan Mountain in Rizhao for a few dozen minutes. The room is equipped with an electric blanket and a heater, but the temperature is too low at night and the heater is too small and ineffective. I felt very cold, so I wore a lot of clothes and managed to fall asleep.

Now the accommodation conditions in Shangmuju are so good. There are heaters, constant-temperature toilet seats, hot water for bathing, and grilled fish. The boss is also very hospitable and provides thoughtful service.

The location is relatively close to Ion Mei Pass, but the road up the mountain is not easy to walk as it is all unpaved. The meals at the B&B are chargeable. They are so delicious. I didn’t have enough. The landlady is also very enthusiastic. The cabin is very cozy and has a heater inside. It wasn't too cold even if I went there on November.
