因堵車到達酒店較晚，發現房間裏的床單都沒換，房間裏還有上批客人留下的垃圾，給另換的房間，馬桶還是壞的，還臟，在找服務員時看到其他房間的客人都在找她拿床單被罩自己換，真是無語死了。

西昌幹部學院的招待所，挺好的！價格親民，是西昌性價比極高的酒店選擇。環境設施就不要和星級酒店比了！但是乾淨整潔舒適！

房間特別小，行李箱都得放床上才能打開；瓶裝水一瓶都不給，還要自己出去買；拖鞋不知擺了多久，塑料包裝是蓋在鞋上的，而不是套的，都掉色了；馬桶蓋也是可移動的，必須小心使用，以免受傷。唯一的好處是車可以停在旁邊的學校裏面，停車方便，但你也要主動詢問停車券的事兒，不然一宿二十塊錢左右停車費也要自己交。

服務態度差：忍了，不提供礦泉水：忍了，上廁所沒有私隱（沒有簾子，透明玻璃，外面還有一個大鏡子，來個人尷尬的無地自容）忍了，唯一不能忍受的就是，廁所不防滑，還不提供涼拖，打電話諮詢居然讓穿一次性拖鞋，我暈，濕地板穿一次性拖鞋，不止差點摔一次，上廁所得扶着洗漱台才敢挪步，要是長者就不説了，這個老闆真是摳門到家了，不建議下單！

住過那麼多酒店第一次給差評，不是因為別的就是因為前台的服務員服務態度真的太差勁，訂了五間房同伴就是簡單的諮詢一下就不給好臉色，語氣不耐煩，非常暴躁，同樣身為同行的我真心為這樣的人感到悲哀！真的是給自己的酒店砸招牌！體驗感最差的一次，再也不會來了！

酒店地理位置挺好的，預訂的時候説是提供停車場，住完走的時候又説不是免費的。要收停車費，25元。我覺得應該在入住之前説清楚，被迫消費，心理接受度不高。

這家酒店位於學校門口，最值得的就是可以在學校停車，在康定城區來説，簡直是一種享受，附近就是商業中心，吃住玩都非常近，酒店設施也不錯哦，值得推薦。
