Great view, good location and next to a mall (e-sky mall) with supermarket and food court. Concierge and house keeping staff were the most helpful and friendly. They always had a smile, polite, and eager to help. The worst was executive lounge and front desk, borderline being rude. Their lounge (11/f) collected a birthday cake cutting fee (NT$500), even when we are hotel guest. Front desk reminded me several times of extra charge if late check out. The lobby cafe don’t know what is flat white and had no intention to find out what it is. I reckon their business is too good and don’t care about hospitality.

Breakfast was excellent. Both buffet and to order food with vegetarian option. Rooms were absolutely clean. Staff very helpful. Location super. Near night market, mall, 711 stores carrefour and mrt. Best hotel.

All is good about the hotel, location wise and cleanliness etc. Only one thing to note is that the carpark entrance is very narrow ! It is a one way entrance in and out, so guest with their own cars ought to watch out for the narrow drive pathway and the claustrophobic parking spaces

The environment is clean and the breakfast is good. It’s delicious vegetarian cuisine! However, the sound insulation of the room is slightly poor, and you will hear sounds when there is loud movement in other rooms.

Recommended for self-driving travelers 👍🏻The hotel is close to Ruifeng Night Market, Neiwei Art Museum, and Longhua Market 👍🏻The room is spacious and can accommodate 2 suitcases. There is a small refrigerator. 🙁The hotel should have a certain history. There will be noise when opening the closet door. The towels are also quite old. It is recommended that people who are more demanding about hygiene bring their own towels.

During the Chinese New Year, I stayed in a business room for more than 3,000 yuan. The room was clean and comfortable, without any odor, simple and plain. The business room car parking space has an exclusive location. I thought it was just a simple toast delivered to the room, but I didn’t expect the breakfast I received was a bit amazing, the club sandwich 🥪+ Tea eggs 🥚 + oranges 🍊 + drinks are very rich 👍

Breakfast is very rich I really like mackerel + rice porridge. I prefer a light diet. The fish is not overly seasoned.

Very convenient location, next to supermarket and night market and plenty of dining options. Good quality breakfast but options are a bit limited. Clean in general. The staff is not as kind and welcoming as compared with those in other hotels.

This one is located in the north, only 15 minutes by MRT from the center, very convenient ~ The staff are very nice, but the hotel's network is not strong, so I can only use a personal hotspot.

Sound insulation is not very good, the sound of the door downstairs will feel the floor of the room will also vibrate. The location is convenient, the room is clean, the bathtub is very good. It takes a long time to take a bath. The box on the TV cannot be opened and the program cannot be watched.
