I spent in total 4 days here during my safari trip. It was a cozy hotel with service minded and friendly staff. The food tasted amazing, the rooms were clean and we really enjoyed hanging by the pool after a long day of safari. I csn recommend coming here!

The hotel is located in a beautiful setting, the staff is very friendly and serviceminded. We had a great stay during our safari! One of the nights we had a tour of the coffee plantation with our guide Lazier, who was very friendly and informative!

Nice place and very friendly staff. We enjoyed the stay and especially the sundowner and visit to the coffee plantation with Lazier. The food was nice with locally grown vegetables and fruits. Nice view over the mountains. Good refreshing pool with bar and music.

The hotel was great and the staff was so friendly and helpful. There was this maasai guy Laizer who told us lot about maasai culture and coffee farming. The food was great! The view in hotel balcony was amazing and hotel room was great. Strong recommendation!

After extremely long journey we arrived at Highview. The staff did not let us lift a finger! I have mobility issues & they carried bags, food drinks out etc. Was great to sit outside & chat to other guests from different countries about our experiences. We spent 2 nights here then 2 nights in Serengeti Wild Camp (for balloon ride-a must do if you can!), then back again for 2 nights at which point we were given a free upgrade to ground floor apartment. This was without asking-they just remembered I struggled with steps to last apartment. The accommodation & service was 1st class & I would highly recommend. Oh, Essa, our guide was great too. Very early starts but we saw EVERYTHING even baby rhino chasing buffalo. Went with Tour Compass. Had a week in Zanzibar after which again I would recommend as 24+hr flight there plus early starts meant very tired!! Highview Hotel is hands down one of my favorite places to stay with Zara! The views are unbeatable, the service is fantastic, and it's so close to the safari action. After a long day out exploring, there’s nothing better than heading back to Highview to unwind. Lemaya's Spa is a must, get a relaxing massage, chill by the pool, and just soak it all in. Plus, the evening vibes are awesome with entertainment, a cozy fire, and good food to wrap up the day. It’s the perfect recipe for relaxation and a great place to feel right at home!

Very nice and helpfull people. The place is beautiful and very lovely Tje rooms are clean, the food is very good. It was a very nice experience and a pleasure to be here and meet all these very special and lovely people. Asante sana for everything

We discussed about coffee platations and masais. The tour was very interesting. We visited coffee plantation and got information about coffee production. We also saw avocadotrees and the avocados were very big and look delicious. Finally Laizer told about masais and their culture for us.

Great place and great staff. Every need is satisfied to suit the guest. Super view and good rooms and food. They have their own garden and coffee plantation - to supply camps and hotels. ZARA Corporation is a local company and things just work.
