We were from Friday to Sunday for a concert in Karlsruhe and had little rights to a hotel.
First of all the good: breakfast was good and we were welcomed friendly. However, our room was a conception: lubricant walls and a wooden ceiling decorated by floors. The bathroom was clean and the mattresses were good, so we stayed, especially as most hotels were booked. The condition of the room was known, we were informed. Very bad, because we had booked very early.

Nice hotel, good environment and convenient transportation. Next to the train station and the zoo. Walk to the Royal Palace and Constitution Square. The layout of the palace is similar to the Schönbrunn Palace in Vienna, and the scenery is not too good. The Constitution Square is very distinctive. Booked a single room, only a 1 meter small bed, enough for business trips, facilities are traditional German hotels, sparrows are small and complete. The hotel is very historic and a traditional elevator is featured. The hotel is large, the room is quite a lot, the breakfast seems to be simpler, the place to eat breakfast is also very small, I don't know if the guest is not open. Only a group of business Koreans are eating, the cups are messy, and no one is sorting out in time. The restaurant only sees a waiter.

Hotels in the B&B chain B&B Hotels we know well thanks to the positive experiences in France, Italy and Germany, comfortablely located short distance from the south entrance of the central Karlsruhe station. B&B website booked at a cost of €78 for one night, two people, with no breakfast, I can say it was a great stay. Probably the price was a little above the average but the presence of the large free parking in the garage, directly connected to the structure by lift, was perfect and allowed us to turn the city the next morning, This is the only thing that is worth a maximum vote. The room is the classic of this type of hotel (a third bed was also present here) with bathroom (with phone) Wi-Fi, air conditioning and, behind the bed, a reproduction of the particular city map of a nice size. But, as in all the hotels in the chain, the lack of a small refrigerator is the most heard thing and, at least for my way of seeing the room, it would change much. In any case, the hotel's friendly personal staff has shown themselves ready to make some ice cream, which is useful to carry something in our refrigerator bag. Thanks to the nearness to the station, you can only walk the long passage from the south entrance to the main entrance to find a number of very comfortable trams for the city centre, along with trains directly near or even beyond and, Even more in the period of 9-Euro Ticket, this was really perfect. A great hotel, comfortable, quiet, well managed, would certainly be the first choice for a new stay in Karlsruhe.

The location is very good, because not in the city but also not too far from the city. The cinema is also not far. Breakfast is sufficient and for everyone there. Rooms are beautiful and well equipped, but unfortunately there is no closet where you can eventually stack the bag. But is actually no problem, there is a clothes or something like clothes. The bathroom offers a furnace, hygiene bag, towels and shampoo with shower gel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are enough parking facilities next to the hotel and nearby.

Very nice hotel, super modern. Check-in took very long, the serpent was quite long until a second person finally arrived at the reception. Later in the evening we bought down a bottle of water - 6 Euro for 1 litre of quiet water sorry is simply too expensive - they were in the room and had to find that there were not even glasses in the room. So, I think two glasses are also a basic equipment and one bottle of water.

We we’re driving from Hook of Holland to Bari to catch a Ferry to Greece. On our first days driving we were very tired to decided to stop here and rest. We were two friends and a dog! We used the hotels near us feature on *********** and found this hotel. The price was fabulous and the hotel could not have been better for our needs. Super comfortable beds. Quiet room. Clean and a decent breakfast! The staff on reception were amazing offering us free parking and checking us in quickly. They recommended a local Italian restaurant which was great. The hotel is very much on the edge of town but for an overnight stop like us it’s was perfect! Finally my friend left her iPad behind on our departure. We’d didn’t discover this u til we were well in our way. On contacting the hotel they could not have been more helpful. She has her iPad safely back in the post. Great service from great people.

Hotel is closely located to the Messe Karlsruhe and easily accessible by public transportation. The look and feel of the hotel is modern in overall and is nicely done (floral-themed), the rooms clean and nicely furnished. Overall nice stay. However, two things we weren’t pleased about and also heard other people complain about: This hotel is not accepting any cash but cards only. For guests from abroad, even small bills needed to be paid with card and commission usually apply for each transaction. Totally get the thinking of the cards-only policy but it definitely is not guests-friendly at all. The other thing is that we forgot to bring our travel adapter. Not the first time but in all previous hotel, we have also been able to borrow one from the reception. From a hotel which is located closest to a venue like the Messe Karlsruhe and with almost 160 rooms, we would’ve expected that they are prepared with a few travel adapter. Fact is: they have not a single one. As said: overall nice stay and we would probably book again, if we’re going to visit the Messe Karlsruhe but otherwise, we would definitely look for another hotel.

Sometimes I ask myself: why happens this to me? I am booking an Ibis Styles hotel but getting the comfort of a five star one? What is wrong with these booking categories? Let me be clear and precise. Despite of the fact that the design will not win an award (carpet, interior in the rooms, the colors), this hotel convinced me in terms of cozy beds, cleanness, silence, sound-insulation and breakfast. As said: design – well – there are always two guilty guys: the one who designed and the other one who bought it. Nevertheless, I want to sleep and have a good breakfast and both was fulfilled on a high standard. Beds were cozy and comfortable, the room spacious, the bathroom separated between toilet and shower (which is not a bad choice). A well working rain shower system was just another example for even more luxury hotels which do not cover that. The breakfast in the morning: marvelous! The staff to be mentioned first: friendly, helpful and very attentive to keep the breakfast area and buffet clean. A well working coffee machine and on top: a self-brewing coffee service was also available – fancy. The quality and quantity of the buffet compared to its price: outstanding. I ate worse for more money at higher qualified hotels! It is ridiculous! This hotel deserves an excellent review and my personal marketing. Well done! We strongly recommend this place for sure!

A very nice stay for wellness and rest. Sauna experience and bathing landscape very good. The Peeling's and drinks round the whole experience. Breakfast and dinner is very delicious. The choice at breakfast is very diverse. The S-Bahn does not constitute noise pollution. Personal was premature. The hotel is overall very recommended. If you want to recover and look for a relaxing wellness experience, it is perfect here. Qualitatively good and clean.

FFortiswongVery large room and with all facilities you need. There is a supermarket nearby where you can get all food and drinks. Taxis from train station is only ECU 8- , some driver may not like to go for such short distance and teach/ ask you to take the tram. A beautiful peaceful small town to relax.

Good standard, exactly what to expect is from a Holiday Inn Express. Breakfast is also OK, nothing exceeding but good and sufficient. Reception/service very friendly. The rooms are sufficiently large and modernly furnished. Clean. I will also return again because of the good, traffic-friendly situation.

GGuest UserThe hotel makes a good impression optically, the rooms are also modernly furnished and clean. The bed was comfortable, the hotel is located near the centre, overall quiet at the end of the pedestrian zone, however near school. We had a guest for 2 nights on Christmas Day. Check-in was okay, the ”service” but relatively disgustless. Over the holidays the location of the hotel was visually visible, the breakfast offer as well. That on the 1st holiday instead of the ordered eggs with bacon a watery, The 2nd day was also unsuccessful, the staff said there were no eggs in the kitchen. Requiring the full price of almost EUR 17 per day for a very limited offer is no longer limitable. There is also no help with the free use of the mini bar (water and beer). Despite late check out (on holidays until 14:00), our guest became the 2nd. A holiday is required from the room at 12 p.m. at least for holidays for us no option for future guest accommodation. Unfortunately, our guest was not able to express the criticism on the ground because there was no person at the reception - despite 2 hours of waiting in the lobby on the day of departure.

(03.07.3023 18:00 Arrival) Your professionalism, friendliness and devotion have made my stay an exceptional experience. From the beginning, I fell up with their warm greeting and positive broadcast. She has always sought to meet my concerns and needs. Whatever the check-in, booking additional services or recommendations for local attractions, she has always been extremely helpful and competent. The receptionist also showed a remarkable organizational talent. She managed to handle the requests of several guests at the same time, always maintaining a quiet and professional treatment. No matter how stressful it was behind the treasure, she always kept her positive attitude and made the impression that she was personally careful of every guest. In addition, the receptionist was always premature and emotional. She took time to listen to my questions and concerns patiently and give me the feeling that my wellbeing was the highest priority for her. Your service was always characterized by a personal note that made my stay even more pleasant. In general, I would like to praise the hotel receptionist for her extraordinary performance and her excellent skills. She is a valuable staff member who enrichs the Hotel Angel by her professionalism, hospitality and awareness. I can recommend them warmly and look forward to my next stay in this hotel, where I can be sure I will meet again at a so qualified and warm reception.

GGuest UserPlus: + Value for money as such but largely depending on what deal one can make. + Reception - friendly and efficient. + City Center + Public transport (with a trade off - see under minus) + Breakfast OK but just + Bar service - coffee service excellent + Room very good equipped + Clean + Excellent but expensive garage-parking. Minus: - The Airconditioning is a bad joke! Does not work but they offer you a (good working) ventilator instead! - Avoid if possible the rooms at the frontside corner. A continuous flow of traffic and loud Trams are passing. It’s impossible to open a window without running the risk of hearing damage!

vom 07.10. Donnerstag bis Sonntag 10.10.2021 Aparthotel Art Ana in Karlsruhe bezahlt PREIS 265,68 + 27,-- Parken = 292,68 Apartment o. Frühstück ! 1. Nach telefonischer, vorheriger Nachfrage (13h am Anreisetag) ab wann man einchecken kann erhielten wir die Aussage: gegen 14 h sei unser Apartment fertig und einzugsbereit. Um 14.15 h erreichten wir dann das Apartment-Hotel (Rezeption). Beim Check-In sollten wir direkt bezahlen, was wir schon sehr befremdlich und ungewöhnlich fanden, aber erledigten, da es ansonsten ja keinen Apartmentschlüssel gab. Dann bekamen wir Apartment Nr. 15 im ersten Stock (Gebäude im Hinterhof), Balkon nach hinten Grün und rühig wie bestellt. Das Apartment war total überhitzt, so dass wir die Fenster öffneten. Der Balkon hatte lediglich nur 1 Sitzgelegenheit für Paar unpassend und alles waren voller Laub geschweige gereinigt. Die Küchenzeile war staubig, 1 Glas war noch schmutzig in der Spüle und Fernbedienung TV nicht steril eingepackt (Coronaregeln). Wo war hier die Überprüfung und Endkontrolle zur Apartmentabgabe an den Gast? Ich habe doch extra angerufen – wann alles fertig ist! Somit reklamierte ich das 1ste mal an der Rezeption und wir verliessen erstmal das Hotel. Als wir so gegen 19 h in unserer Apartment zurückkamen, war es dort wie in einer Sauna! Mein Mann wollte Nachrichten schauen, was allerdings nicht ging – kein Signal und auch kein W-Lan. Also hat er alle Steckverbindungen überprüft Nichts. Eine Bedienungsanleitung/Beschreibung gab es keine auf unserem Zimmer! Also wieder Reklamation an der Rezeption, die Dame meinte sie habe auch keine Ahnung und kann nicht helfen. Mein Mann hat alles versucht und war zwischenzeitlich 3 x an der Rezeption und nichts passierte! 2. Die Dame war nun genervt und es hieß wir könnten ja umziehen, falls dort der Fernseher funktioniert und die Heizungs-Klimaanlage funktioniert. Nun sollten wir erstmal in Apartment 21, 2 Stock mittlerweile war es nach 20 h und die Dame hatte nun Feierabend. Also packten wir nun erstmal alles wieder ein und zogen 1 Stockwerk höher. Was man uns allerdings nicht gesagt hatte war: Das es ein viel kleineres, älteres, abgewohnteres Apartment, welches nicht der gebuchten Kategorie entsprach. Das Bett war nur für 1 Person bezogen, also holten wir aus dem anderen Apartment 15 unser Bettzeug. Es gab nun ein Bad ohne Ablagen, Fenster zum Hotel Eden, wie auf dem Präsentierteller – keine Sichtschutzfolie, kein Rollo, keine Gardine und kein rühiges Zimmer, Lage zur Tiefgaragen und Parkplatzeinfahrt und gegenüber befand sich auch noch 1 Baukran nebst Baustelle. Eine spartanisch eingerichtete und stark abgewohnte Küchenzeile ohne Mikrowelle, die für ein Appartment 2 Pers. Frühstück etc. total unbrauchbar war. Im Zimmer gab es 1 kl. Tisch und lediglich 1 Stuhl! Es gab keinen Kleiderschrank lediglich im Eingang ein Paar Haken, lediglich 1 Schrank mit Fächern gab es. TTIANYIThis is the closest hotel to the Karoo Railway Station. It is a 2-minute walk from the train station and there are trams and bus stops at the door, so the traffic is extremely convenient. The facilities in the room are quite ordinary, but the layout is reasonable and very clean. There is breakfast available downstairs from the hotel, starting from 6.30am, the price is 12 euros. The price/performance ratio of breakfast is still very high, it is recommended.
