All pretty good

Poorly cleaned rooms and the drawers were full with leftover clothes. Breakfast staff were not serving the coffee and the only thing they were interested in was for you to sign a bill even though breakfast was free. The lady making the omelette was bright spot though, always friendly and service minded.

Very good place for people passing through. Location is just off the motorway. Interior is a little outdated but everything is functional and clean. Breakfast staff was exceptionally friendly. I'd stay there again.

I really liked everything,from the spa and the outside pool to the parking lot.Excellent breakfast.

Low standard by Swedish standards. A lot of the interior is two or three decades old and only partially renovated.

Have stayed in this hotel several times. It is not in central Karlstad so own transport is required. There is free parking and easy access to the main road into Karlstad . Staff are friendly and rooms are clean and spacious . Restaurant serves a good selection for breakfast and evening meal
