This hotel is terrible. I booked a non smoking room and received a smoking room. As I was checking into the hotel, I asked the front desk agent if the room was non smoking. She told me it was. This was not true because there was an ashtray in the room. I eventually found out that all of the rooms at this hotel allow smoking. There were many guests smoking in the public areas of the hotel, even though there were no smoking signs in the public areas. The hotel also had ashtrays for guests to use in the public areas, including tables, which meant that they allowed smoking in the public areas and did not enforce the no smoking policy in the public areas. The hotel smelt terribly of cigarette smoke because of this. I have photos that I have attached to this review to show proof. Secondhand smoke from cigarettes is terrible to breathe. Therefore, the hotel should require guests to go outside if they would like to smoke. Unfortunately, China is a country that has a lot of people who smoke and no smoking policies are poorly enforced there compared to many other countries.  My toilet was not working properly. I had to flush the toilet many times in order for a few pieces of toilet paper to flush.  The hotel’s dryer for drying clothes is really slow. I had my clothes in the dryer for an hour and they were still wet. I then had my clothes air dry for several hours in my room while I was sleeping as I did laundry late at night and needed to get some sleep. I did not know how much more time they would’ve needed to be in the dryer in order for them to be completely dry. When I woke up the next morning, they still weren’t completely dry, which was very frustrating.  I contacted Trip.com to try to get a refund, but after they spoke to the hotel, the hotel did not agree to any type of refund.  I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone, especially foreigners as their needs will not be met.

Very good value for what you paid for, super close the Kashi ancient city’s west gate. Also the breakfast is pretty good too.

Excellent hotel, excellent hospitality, excellent services!

Good Location, quite near city center. Despite we booked non-smoking room, But the hotel allow guests for smoking in the hotel and hotel rooms. My first assigned room is full of smoke smell during midnight , and I have to move to another room, that's terrible.
