It is convenient to park by car, very spacious, and it is an underground parking lot. It is close to the East Gate of Kashgar Ancient City, about 10 minutes walk. You can walk to the East Gate after dinner in the evening. There are not many people and the lights are beautiful at night. The room environment and sanitation are OK, and the facilities are quite new. I clearly booked for 2 days, but I went out for dinner and found that the door could not be opened. I contacted the customer service to send the card up and waited for more than 10 minutes. In the end, I went down to get it myself.

I stayed at his place when I was in Kashgar. The price/performance ratio was quite high. Breakfast was provided upon check-in. It was very close to the ancient city. It was newly renovated and had complete facilities. The service was also good. If there were any problems, they could be solved on the spot. I would like to say two points. First, the rooms are scattered in other buildings. The underground parking lot can only be parked from the lobby. It is so hot in Kashgar and you have to walk out, which is a bit inconvenient. Second, the bed sheets were a bit dirty. I found it when I went out and asked the front desk to help change them. When I came back, I saw that the room was cleaned, but only the bed sheets were not changed. Because it was too late and I was too tired from walking outside, I didn't want to say anything more. I waited for someone to change it and gave up. I suggest that the service details be improved.

It was a very bad check-in experience. I used the location navigation to get to the hotel, but after turning around twice, I was still at the intersection under the traffic lights and couldn't see the hotel. There is no contact information for the hotel on the navigation either. It was difficult to find the entrance to the hotel's underground parking lot, but there were no directional signs and the basement renovation waste had not been cleaned up. There are two flights of stairs leading to the lobby, and there are no signage. The bed sheets in the guest room were not clean and there was more than one hair on them. There was dust on the coffee machine. The TV has no sound and the shower room has alkaline backflow. The breakfast room is not in the same building as the accommodation, and the plates are not refilled in time when they are empty. It is inconvenient to check out after breakfast. The most important thing is that it is easy to step on empty stairs when walking from the first floor to the basement, which poses a great safety hazard.

Second visit to Kashgar in four months. The 5-hour flight was just to empty myself, learn to be alone, and reconcile with myself. The hotel is in a very good location, adjacent to Kunlun Tower and the ancient city. You can see the ancient city and Kunlun Tower from the room, and the view is almost perfect. The ladies at the hotel front desk are not only beautiful, but also very friendly, giving people a warm feeling of home. When you come to Kashgar, you reject anxiety, reject involution, and sleep until you wake up naturally.

It is the best hotel I stayed in during the entire trip to southern Xinjiang. It is worthy of being under the Hyatt. The management style is very consistent. Every staff member at the hotel front desk and concierge is very good-looking. The service is proactive and enthusiastic. I am afraid that you will be uncomfortable with a little detail. Because it is relatively off-season, we were specially upgraded to a superior twin bed ➡️ luxury king bed after arrival. The children were very happy and lived very comfortably. Although it is a new hotel, it is not impressive. There are no details in the room. I usually bring my own disposable sleeping bag. I didn’t use it this time. Next time I go to other cities, I will first consider Yifei. It really left a good impression.
