床挺舒服的，服務基本滿意，沒有碰到態度不好的服務人員，還提供了送機服務。當地人的普通話溝通能力比較有限，建議講話儘量慢一點，多溝通。缺點是客房打掃真的很慢，而且早餐品質比較差。

房間整體還不錯，早餐也不錯，就是整體服務一般，送機的車，後座腿都放不進去，要彎曲的腿，要全程彎曲腿半個小時，體驗太差了，還有下單顯示的贈送旅拍，並不是真的贈送，去了旅拍店家就讓你加錢，衹化粧和服裝要加到299和399，店家去的減100，實際實付要199和299。同期城區裏面衹化粧和服裝的衹要138，後面下單的小夥伴需提前瞭解，

酒店服務很好，保安幫忙拿行李，辦理入住的前台服務員服務熱情，小朋友説這個酒店沒有機器人，前台人馬上説有的，並主動説一會讓機器人給小朋友送礦泉水，又送給小朋友一個袋子裏面有各種零食。房乾淨整潔，還有酒店送的禮盒，本來請前台再送一雙拖鞋，結果又貼心地送了小朋友的牙刷，能準備小朋友拖鞋的酒店並不多，小朋友特別開心。早餐也是豐富多樣，服務人員還主動給小朋友拿月餅，前台還有咖啡可以帶走喝。總體來説，酒店的服務體驗很好，能感受到用心服務，貼心周到。

在酒店住了2晚，還是很滿意的。酒店的服務意識很強，一進門吧枱處就準備了自助的飲品台，咖啡、茶、還有堅果都可以自選，也貼心的準備了一次性杯子。早餐也較為豐盛，唯一缺點，座位太少，像十一這種滿客的入住率，早餐秩序就不好。
酒店距離古城2.8公里，打車的話10元就好，停車友好，周圍吃飯的也比較多。旅行在外臟衣服也可以用洗衣房。

新開的酒店，在古城邊，旁邊是居民區，生活購物很方便，出入城也很方便。大廳，餐廳，房間設計和用品可以看出來都是花了心思的，床品布草乾淨，送了飲料和伴手果乾饢禮盒。前台小姐姐非常熱情耐心，特別要表揚👍大廳的白襯衣小哥，不知是不是店長，耐心介紹周邊景區，聽取服務的意見，幫忙做咖啡，送花茶，入住100分其中20分送給他。整體酒店值得推薦。

今年七月份才開業的，新裝修的，還是有點味道。各方面都很好，離古城不到兩公里，走路打車都方便。早餐也很豐富。兩百來塊錢。
這個酒店老闆是個江蘇人來投資的。員工培訓服務都很好。停車方便。
