The rooms are modern and comfortable. When I was there the weather was dusty and smoggy, so the view weren't as stunning as they could have been. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and was hot and satisfying each time.

I’m so glad I picked the Nanjiang Global for my stay in Kashgar. It exceeded my expectations, and my stay was really pleasant. After long days exploring, it always felt good to come home to my room. And given the summer heat, I loved that there was ice cold lemon water always waiting for me in the lobby. The check-in service was great and my room was upgraded. The suites are really comfortable, with amenities by Shanghai Tang. I also saw the standard double rooms, and they were spacious and nice too. The front desk manager who goes by the name Hunter was excellent and so helpful, as were others staff members. Hunter’s English is great and he answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Ask him to write down the hotel’s name in Uyghur for you if you’ll be taking taxis. It’ll be a big help. The hotel is very clean, and breakfast was much more than basic. I hope I have the chance to visit Kashgar again, and I’d be happy to return to this hotel.

Kashgar is very hot now. The air conditioner in the public area of ​​each floor can be turned on. Anyway, the corridor on the 27th floor where I live is too hot. Fifth, catering. Your breakfast is really bad. Don't compare it with other hotels, just compare it with the Global Harbor in your city. You are really terrible. There are many other complaints. Frankly speaking, this is the second worst so-called five-star hotel I have ever stayed in.

我們定的是高級商務雙床房含雙早，全屋智能，設施設備都很新，但服務態度很一般，前台美女我建議好好練習練習普通話，學會溝通，一味的不接房間打出的電話很不禮貌，對合理要求不能滿足我覺得很差勁，早上起床去吃早餐，不得不説早餐真的很難吃，唯一覺得還行的就是蒸的板栗南瓜，另外我住的房間可能是新裝修的，味道還沒完全散去，剛進房間會覺得很沖鼻子！ 我建議酒店可以單獨整一個小程序，把客人常用的東西設定在裏面，我們掃碼可以按需求下單，後台響了機器人或者服務員就可以送到我們手裡！就不用打電話給前台，省去了溝通的麻煩！

The room is large and the stay is very good. Afternoon tea is provided. The hand-picked rice for breakfast is a Shanghainese. The taste is refreshing and less greasy than the ones in other restaurants. I also got a beautiful souvenir. The little girl at the front desk is so beautiful and the service is very enthusiastic! The coffee downstairs is also very authentic. I recommend the raw coconut latte! Afternoon tea, breakfast, and souvenirs are not included, and the room is almost free, so feel free to go!
