The suite is large and spacious. You can get a slightly bigger table. The current one is too small. The room window faces the street and the floor is low. There are cars passing by playing music after 1 a.m., which makes it difficult to fall asleep. People who sleep lightly should be careful. In addition, the air conditioner is above the head of the bed, so it is best to install a wind shield, otherwise it is easy to get a stroke.
Family hotel in a typical coloured old house with yard. The room is very clean with simple but nice decoration. The hotel is quite hard to find with AppleMap but the neighbourhood was helpful to guide us. It’s a little pity that the breakfast (Chinese style) takes place in a sad room nearby that could be a little decorated. Very quiet quarter but not so much dining options. The ruins of the old city is not far by walking (20 mn). We had been welcomed by nice people but as beginning Chinese speakers we couldn’t interact as much as we wanted.
The location is very good, next to Xiangfei Garden, and the music restaurant next door is luxuriously decorated. I even happened to see a local wedding. There is also a night market when I arrive at night. The transportation is convenient. It is worth recommending

This is a particularly wonderful accommodation experience. Good Dream B&B is separated from Xiangfei Garden by a wall. It is a proper scenic room, but the price is right, the price is very high, the environment is clean, and the service is considerate. The owner's brother and sister are a Uighur brother and sister. They speak fluent Mandarin, are kind and enthusiastic, and gave us a feeling of family. After hearing that I wanted to bring special fruit products, my brother personally drove me to the fruit market to select them. The fruits I bought were fresh and sweet, and I was extremely grateful. I recommend everyone to stay here if you come to Kashgar. There are not only scenic spots around, but also night markets and fruit markets. It is very close to the ancient city, bazaar, and the best pilaf, and the transportation is very convenient. The most important thing is that Alipu's brother and sister are kind and enthusiastic, and the environment is clean and tidy. They treat guests like family. I am really lucky to stay in Haomeng. It is a heart-warming ending to my trip to Kashgar. I will stay here again in the future. Will come again.
A fantastic stay in Kashi! The atmosphere was great, the beds comfortable and the roof terrace an added bonus. The boss was very helpful, arranging a day trip to see the amazing sites in the area. Would definitely recommend!
The homestay is ideally located, right next to the Xiangfei Garden, with free parking available right at the doorstep. Surrounded by local residences, it is convenient for travel, and only a ten-minute drive will take you to the ancient city scenic area. The scenery is uniquely beautiful, with its own grape trellis and fruit trees in the yard, making it a great place to cool off in the summer. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The first floor is also the owner's restaurant, where you can enjoy local special cuisine without leaving home.
The stay experience was very satisfactory. The first time I came to Kashgar, I encountered mudslides on the way back to Taxian. The traffic jam was more than 10 hours. I came back to Kashgar at 1 o'clock in the evening. The boss was very enthusiastic and helped with the luggage. I was too tired. The boss parked the car for me again. Intimately tell us how to go to the place to eat, the room is very clean after check-in, take a hot bath, it is really comfortable! Five-star praise, clean and tidy, warm service, and intimately tell us the ceremony of the ancient city opening at 10 am! Give us a guide to the Yuqi Tash grassland! Give the boss a thumbs up! highly recommended!
I am a Korean (local taste) on a long-term trip.
The downtown hotel I was staying at had the only fried rice I could eat.
It didn't come out, so I moved here. I rode the bus here and there on the Godeok map and ate cold noodles and kimbap (90% Korean flavor) run by a northeastern person at a street vendor in Goseongnae (next to the elementary school).
There was no noise and it was clean, so the bed was comfortable.
Even though it was a morning flight, he connected me with a friend's taxi at a low price.
I was grateful for the consideration of the owner, a young and kind Chinese woman.
My Chinese listening skills improved slightly through conversations with the president and his mother.
It was nice to see the children running around and playing.
A few days next to innocent-looking Uyghur people
I felt comfortable staying there, so I am leaving a review.
If you want to stay in a rural atmosphere, speak a little Chinese, know how to use Godeokjido, and take an early morning flight, this is a very attractive accommodation.

Perfect
AApril‘Mother1. Location: In the west of the ancient city, very close to a gate of the ancient city. Then go out of this gate, cross the road, and walk a short distance to the right to reach Nuolan Hotel, a relatively good local restaurant with many locals. The hotel is decorated very distinctively and the service attitude is good. I ate roasted pigeon, lamb skewers, pepper chicken, strawberry milkshake, etc. I think the taste is quite good 😄. There is also an ancient city performance downstairs at 7 o'clock in the evening.
2. Room: The room is very clean, the bedding is comfortable, and I like the layout very much. The bed is against the window. When you open the window, you can see the ancient city street. The sun shines in and it is very warm.
3. The boss: very enthusiastic, and also invited us to eat the dates grown by ourselves, which are very delicious. There are also two cute cats.
Our girl likes this homestay very much 😄, and is vying to write a review.
Kashgar is a place worth visiting again. Next time, I will choose Qingfeng Yage
SsabbischWe booked a twin bedroom without a window. So the room was too warm and we couldn’t clear the air. Other than that it was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The rooms are not very soundproof so you can here the people walking and talking in the hallway and you can hear your neighbors. So if you are a light sleeper this is not a good choice.
SSyed AnoshI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. They even provided a convenient pick-up and drop-off service from the airport, which made my travel experience much easier. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a long journey. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and thoughtful amenities.
GGuest UserI have known of Kashgar for years because of its importance to the Silk Road. It was quickly planned trip and I chose the Radisson Blu because of good experirences that I have had with the brand in other locations. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted enthusiastically by Aria and the crew at the front desk. Aria even walked me pretty far to a restarant located in the same building later in my trip. My first night there was a sandstorm and the temperature in my room would not cool below 27C, the night crew was so helpful and ended moving me across the hall. Steven and Michael and Akhbar from management were always asking me how everything was and offering insights everytime that I walked through the lobby. The only criticism that I have is that the locker rooms in the pool area need some remodeling, there were some workers there the last couple days of my trip though. The pool itself was perfect and the attendants (Cindy, Katia, Meena, Winnie etc) were always cheerful and even would bring a bottle of water to my lounge while I was in the pool. Whenever I will return to Kashgar, I will stay here as I will urge friends of mine to stay as well.
TTuscany RoseThis hotel is not perfect but overall I had an amazing stay.
First, the woman on reception is very friendly and helpful. She let me check in early as I arrived from Urumqi at 8am. Thanks to her I was able to get a good sleep before I started exploring the old town. She even gave me yogurt and granola so I wouldn't have an empty stomach. Despite the language barrier, she was patient with me and was always willing to help.
The location could not get any better. It's inside the ancient town so you can easily walk to shops, restaurants and cafes. Cars are not allowed in the ancient city but that wasn't a problem -the hotel is roughly a 5 minute walk from one of the entrances to the old town so it's very convenient to walk there to take a taxi, find a bus stop etc.
The decor of the entire hotel is beautiful and fits in very well with the asthetic of the old town. I just wish the communal areas on the roof top was better maintained. It is starting to look a bit shabby.
Overall I was happy with my room but there are some things I wasn't pleased about. First, apart from the tables on both sides of the bed, the other cabinets in the room were for show -they don't actually open, meaning there is very little storage space. Also, I like having a window I'm my room so I can feel less claustrophobic. I paid extra for a courtyard view. That's because I wanted to see the courtyard. However, I opened the curtain, and I found out that the windows are opaque. I opened the windows as far as I could without banging the TV, and there's a barrier over the windows. I understand they have these measures for privacy but in my opinions, curtains are enough. That definitely dampened my experience. Lastly, the walls are extremely thin, meaning almost every night I was woken up by other people making noise in the courtyard.
Overall I am happy with my experience and I would book here again next time I visit Kashgar, but I would book a room with a city view instead for the reasons mentioned above.
IIng YungWe stayed two nights separated by one night in Tashkurgan. The best part of the first day was spent locating an agent to provide a car and driver to Tashkurgan. My wife and me were sent to the Kashgar Tourist centre beyond the airport to apply for a Border Travel Permit to Tashkurgan and astonished to find the place closed being Sunday 24th June. Staff at the reception were all friendly and enthusiastic. Only two lifts served both Orange and Mercure which were inadequate. Mercure provides free pick up and sent from anf to airport but requires 4 hours advance confirmation. We requested sent off to airport for 1005 flight to Chengu. Staff confirmed reservation for two leaving at 0800 which is too early for breakfast at hotel. So an arrangement was made for wake up call, picnic boxes to takeaway. On 26th morning, the short bald old man probably working as bell boy scolded me why I am alone at the lobby at 0752 and that there are other guests waiting in the car. Fully seated by 0755, we discovered that the rush was to pick up another passenger for the one remaining seat in the 7- seater! We had to travel west to Tianshan road, pick up the last passenger at Hanting Hotel before making east and north to Kashgar Airport. The experience totally spoilt my day, wiped out any good feeling or impression with Mercure and never mind about the promised packed breakfast boxes.
GGuest UserAs soon as I stepped into the hotel, I was shocked by the grandeur of the lobby. When I checked in, the staff was warm and considerate and quickly arranged everything for me. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and I had a good sleep. The gym and swimming pool are fully equipped to provide a satisfying experience. I will choose here again on my next business trip!
LLEWIS JOHNExtremely well located, and great value for money. Happy staff who are very welcoming, and the room had everything it needed.
My only concern was some extremely noisy guests in another room, which continued from midnight until 6am on one of the nights. Admittedly, I did not raise this to the staff as it felt too late to do so, so I cannot comment on how well it would've been handled. I'm sure they would have helped to stop it. It does mean that the soundproofing isn't totally perfect, but everything else was very good.
Enjoyed my stay, will return if I come back to Kashgar.
AAnonymous UserIn that shower, it is best to turn on the small head first and then the big head, otherwise it will keep spraying cold water before it is in place... it will freeze to death... Finally, the small head is finished. The ancient city is quite noisy, and you can hear it even if you are not facing the ancient city. The location is good, facing the Spring Festival Gala stage
GGuest UserThe location of the youth hostel is very good. It is opposite Beihu Park where you can take a walk. You can see the ancient city's Kunlun Tower from the rooftop, which is also convenient to walk to. There is a flea market downstairs, so it is very comfortable to stay here.
