Great location in thamel market with cozy rooms and great foods. You can exchange your currency without any hassle and can also use your credit or debit card at a nominal fee. The owner of the hotel helped us a lot with currency exchange.

It's a two star hotel, and the overall experience is great. No lift in the hotel food quality is good staff behave politely but one guy is rude, who's in restaurant as per budget, hotel is great choice.

I didn’t like anything. This place was so disgusting. Bugs everywhere, horrible customer service, worst experience ever. So many guests had so many complaints from roaches in the room to their room key not working. We stayed again for 2nd day and the hotelier charged 1600 from us. And when i asked for a discount, he spoke rudely to me. I booked the room in 949 from mymytrip. I am very angry with make my trip team. I always book my hotel, bus, flight through mymytrip.

aggressive behaviour from some kid on reception and root way of treating guest totally un unprofessional staff . when i reach he was telling his stuff : he came alone let's give him different room. then they gave room of 2 single beds.in fact i booked double bed deluxe room.i wasted my 3 nights in that hotel
