Perfect location, in a nice and fancy city. Love the place, and it is not the last time, I wil stay here.

The location is very central. Staff ***et helpful. The hotel is old but well-maintained. It has a view of Erciyes. Most places are within walking distance. We were pleased with it.

As always, I felt very comfortable. The rooms are very clean and the staff very friendly. I have to say, I don't think the restaurant prices are overpriced. I'd be happy to come back anytime

Compared to other hotels, the reception wasn't really warm. I would have liked to have been offered help at least with the suitcase transport. Apparently there is a bar/nightclub upstairs. Accordingly, there is a high noise level at night.

Very satisfied stay experience, good environment and good service. Breakfast is on the top floor, you can overlook the entire city and the snowy mountains in the distance, and there are many breakfast options. There is a restaurant downstairs that looks good. A ten-minute walk from the hotel to the castle for sightseeing.
