In short: + cheap + wi-fi. + breakfast. + there is hot water + there is a refrigerator and hair dryer + no cockroaches and bedbugs. - cats, the smell of cat urine and poop everywhere and everywhere - terrible mattresses in the form of a hammock. - bad bed linen, bought in LC WC on the first day, as sleeping on a hotel room is a risk. - the windows/doors are the oldest wooden ones you have ever seen in your life. - the room is mega-small. - Plumbing killed. She died 10 years ago, everything flows. There is hot water, but it's hard to wash - either boiling water or ice water. - far from the sea and the center. - small balcony, no view. Summary: think for yourself, decide for yourself. Three very, very economical.

As usual, everything is factual and objective. We visited this institution during the New Year period from 25.12 to 04.01.2022. The hotel is located 800m from the center of Kemer. Approximately 1 km to the sea. Small nondescript, all tattered even from the facade. In the pool there is a swamp strewn with leaves. In general, the view from the outside is not very good. The hall and the dining room are not heated, so everyone ate in jackets and warm sweaters. The receptionist writes down guests in a notebook by hand. But! This is the cheapest three-ruble note in Kemer, so everything is quite logical. There were a lot of people, constantly someone came and left. ROOMS I read in the reviews that initially they give the worst number. It was the same with us. We were settled on the second floor in a dead room, where there was a hole in the wall in the shower instead of ventilation. A hole in an unheated hall, that is, count on the street. Accordingly, the cold blows directly into the head while you wash. To the question: "why so?" The reception brazenly replied: what do you want, you have economy!" After the scandal with showing the voucher, where the standard is indicated, we were moved to a normal room, with more accurate repairs and without a hole in the wall. There was also a lot about the room in the attic. We saw it but I can’t say that it’s just terrible. You can live. I’m attaching photos. We’re moving on. The balcony is small, but a table and 2 chairs fit. The air conditioner worked perfectly, it made a little noise, but not much. There is no tray in the shower, but there are plastic shutters "Very little space, cramped. There is hot water in the washbasin from barrels on the roof, so we didn't have it. There is a water heater in the shower, but it does not fix the temperature of the water. I had to constantly turn it up. There is a hairdryer, even a working one. The TV could not be turned on." The first killed room did not have a hair dryer, but there was a minibar.The second one did not have a minibar, we decided we didn't need it.The lighting is very poor.But the soundproofing is not bad.The neighbors were almost not heard.There is no dryer on the balcony, there are hangers in the closet.2 bedside tables with drawers and chest of drawers. the room is tiny: the passage between the beds and the mini-hall, there is no more space. The air conditioner blows in the head, but already cold air blows up to it, so we moved the beds with our heads towards it. As a result, it was warm to sleep. Cleaning 1 time in 3 days. A nice woman, she speaks Russian, she also gives out food. FOOD We had a very cheap tour package with HB meals. The breakfast is quite decent. Hard boiled egg, some french fries or spring rolls with cottage cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, herbs, 3 chemical sausages, yogurt, cottage cheese, jam, olives. Every day is the same, only potatoes and rolls change. Tea, coffee, boiling water, cooler. Dinner shocked us for such money. Food was brought from a cafe. Grilled chicken or kebab, on a pillow of rice or some kind of porridge, greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, pita bread. This dinner was every day. The only thing was that there were no sauces and everything was a little warm. But there is a microwave in the kitchen. We planned not to eat at the hotel, we took it with meals just in case. But in the end we ate at the hotel, everything was very tasty. В декабре 2022 решили с мужем совместить небольшое свадебное путешествие и встречу Нового года. Поскольку цены на новогодние праздники сильно кусаются, поняли, что 5 звёзд точно не потянем, и решили ехать в трёшку. То есть сразу хочу сказать, что супер-ожиданий от Агона у нас не было. Но то, что мы в итоге получили, было за пределами добра и зла вообще. Начнём с того, что в отеле нас никто не встретил. Кроме нас трансфер доставил в Агон ещё 2 девушек. После долгих попыток найти кого-то, кто нас бы заселил, мы решили позвонить по номеру, указанному на визитках на ресепшн. Менеджер, он же владелец, обещал подойти через 5 минут, но общее время ожидания составило почти полчаса. Здесь мы уже напряглись. Но оказалось, что это было только начало. Дальше нас заселили в номер, увидев который, я практически заплакала. В те времена, когда ещё было можно свободно путешествовать, я много ездила по миру, останавливаясь в основном в хостелах. Но даже в самых недорогих из них я не встречала такой грязи и убожества! Во-первых, в номере не развернуться, настолько он крошечный. Постель в сомнительном состоянии: наволочки мятые и на вид нестиранные, на простыне пятна, одеяло одно и без пододеяльника!!! На мои вопросы про пододеяльник менеджер ответил, что они стирают одеяла (давно, конечно, я такого бреда не слышала...). Занавески внизу затоптаны прям до черноты, в светильнике не было лампочки (менеджер обещал заменить, но мы так и не дождались), до некоторых предметов мебели буквально страшно дотронуться. Отдельного внимания заслуживает санузел. Раковина треснута, душевая кабина, если можно её так назвать, очень маленькая, везде грязь и плесень. На стене были чьи-то волосы и ещё какая-то грязь непонятного происхождения. Во всем отеле жутко холодно. В столовой все сидели в куртках. В номере тоже днем было холоднее, чем на улице. При этом менеджер сказал, чтобы кондей (который уже на последнем издыхании) не работал слишком долго, иначе сгорит... 👍🙈 На требование переселить нас в другой номер, менеджер ответил, что все занято, и он нас переселить не может. В итоге решали этот вопрос через туроператора, и за совершенно мизерную доплату переселились в 4 звезды, где было все нормально! Единственное, что могу положительного сказать, это что ужин был вкусный. Правда, получить удовольствие от него не очень удавалось, поскольку в холодном помещении с приглушенным светом и людьми в куртках, создавалось чёткое ощущение, что мы то ли в каком-то пункте для беженцев, то ли в ночлежке. Все фото я прикрепляю, чтобы вы могли сделать выбор и понять, готовы ли вы ради экономии 3-4 т. р. жить вот в таких условиях.
