Had a lovely time at The Reserve. Meals at the pub was good and bicycles for guest was a lovely surprise!

優點，環境非常美好，房間很大，兩卧兩衞廚房客廳。停車就在公寓門口。空氣清新，像住在森林裏。服務也很好，主動介紹他們有五人間，讓我們可以省了一間房。進門的時候，給三個小孩子的玩具和零食已經整齊的擺在茶几上。這麼多年在國外旅行，第一次見到。
唯一的缺點是床品有點老舊了。而且比較熱門有點難訂。我提前一個月想再延住幾天都沒房了。

這家酒店服務非常差，先從早餐開始，我們付了每人每天25歐元的費用，酒店是點單式自助餐，我們要了二份三文魚的餐食，可是等所有餐廳的客人的餐都上完了，我們的卻遲遲沒有來，等到我們多次同酒店服務員交涉後，才端上來二份三文魚，像是要飯似的。等到了晚上，我們從外面回來，發現房間沒有打掃，我們沒有乾淨的毛巾，浴巾，也沒有衞生紙，打電話給前台，電話始終無人接聽，辛虧有攜程客服幫助，最終拿到了乾淨的毛巾，浴巾和衞生紙

We stayed in the apartments at Muckross. We were only there one night, but I think these would be great for families staying a few nights in the area. They were clean and nicely decorated with a number of amenities. Nice living area and kitchen. One note though....there are 3 floors and NO elevators which I don't remember reading in the fine print. They really need to state this more clearly as I imagine some people would have a problem with this. We weren't very thrilled that we had to haul our luggage to the 3rd floor.

The apartment was very spacious for our family of 4. 2 bathrooms were nice! No swimming pool but had a relaxing communal hot tub in the spa area that you could use for up to 2 hours at an additional cost. The concierge was wonderful and very helpful!
